The Global Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme
(AMPAP) seeks to develop airport managers through a curriculum that
covers all functional aspects of the airport business in key areas such
as operations, safety, security, finance, commercial management and
airport planning and development. The AMPAP curriculum consists of 4
mandatory and 2 elective courses and emphasizes adherence to uniform
standards and recommended best industry practices, while facilitating a
cross-cultural learning environment for its participants.
Since the launch of AMPAP in 2007, the entry course, “Air Transport
System” has been conducted multiple times across the globe, attracting an
active community of airport managers from all continents. AMPAP proudly
recognizes its graduates who bear the International Airport Professional
(IAP) designation and those who receive the AMPAP Associate Diploma
which is reserved for stakeholder organizations.
