MAKING AND HOW TO SOLVE THEM

A basic rule of thumb for success with SEO is to
create content worthy of traffic. Understand your
audience and write in a way that is tailored to fit
their needs. In order to create evergreen content,
there are a variety of aspects you MUST consider.
Besides using targeted keywords to optimize your
content to reach the right audience, aspects like
readability and visuals are often dismissed with
little regard. Focus on creating concise, organized
and visually captivating content in order to
maintain your reader’s attention.
"The open secret of SEO is that the single best way to get
traffic is to deserve traffic. In other words, the search engines
are pretty good, and if you create something remarkable,
something people want to talk about, you’ll get found."
-Seth Godin, Founder of Akimbo
While you may want to see results right away with
SEO, it is crucial to view SEO from a long-term
perspective. Using search engine optimization in a
way that focuses on optimizing your content only for
the search engine with little to no consideration for the
human component is called ‘Black Hat SEO’. Black
Hat SEOs can help marketers make money quick by
manipulating the rules to get their sites to rank high.
These pages often get banned quickly. In contrast,
‘White Hat SEO’ follows the rules and aims to rank
highly through good and accessible content.
"You’ll try to give them the best content possible and
make it easily accessible to them by playing according
to the search engine’s rules."
-Neil Patel, Co-Founder of Crazy Egg, Hello Bar and
KISSmetrics
"Align your meta message to speak to the intent of the
search audience you’re targeting in order to encourage
searchers to click your result. Inserting keywords is not
important, and can actually be a disadvantage."
-Larry Kim, CEO of MobileMonkey
"If you want to show up as a visual search result, image
SEO is key. So you want to use descriptive file names and
write alt text for every image."
- Brian Dean, Founder of Blacklinko
