Objective – HR Consulting Operations Manager is to re-design, develop, manage and implement the entire
shared service infrastructure, products and services. Ensuring the service deliverables meet the professional
and statutory prerequisites which is delivered to affiliated companies in the 82 regulated industries in South
Africa, The majority of these affiliated companies was vested in the Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics,
Professional Services, Transport and Retail sectors in South Africa, Africa, Europe, America and Middle East.
General Tasks includes - Oversee national service delivery infrastructure (over 3000 accounts/companies, 9 regions and
85 employees), COFESA re-branding (web-site, social media, data base, mobile operations & Logo), TV representative on
SABC Morning Live Show, disciplining & dismissing employees and managing of business development executives.
Setting of national standard units, setting and measuring KPI’s and KPA’s of all operational employees (±80 employees).
Design, manage and implement National Operations Procedures, Operational Improvement Project, Analysing Regional,
Industry specific risks and procedures.
