Saffron Tigris (54), Grey Nebula (38), Radium EV (58), Navy Legacy (53), Illawara Brush

STOOL COLORS - Black (111), Blue Ridge (113), Dark Blue (122), Red (116), Burgundy

ARMOR EDGE COLORS- Black (02) is standard. Gray (03), Burgundy (04), Blue (05) 

are optional. Model #s shown are standard black. 

LEG COLORS - Chrome is standard for TC, BY, LB, Pacer, Graduate Undergraduate & 

Communicator tables. Powdercoat leg finishes available. Change 2nd to last letter in model 

number from C (Chrome) to the following: Black (B), Silver Vein (L), Copper Vein (R), 

Blue Hammertone (H). Black powdercoat is 5% less than chrome. Silver Vein (L), Copper 

Vein (R), Blue Hammertone (H), are 4% less than chrome. 

ORIGIN - "M" indicates Minneapolis MN, "C" indicates Conway AR, manufacturing 

points, and will change without notice. Please contact SICO for the most current production 

origin information. Origin will be determined exclusively by SICO, and will be determined 

by destination point and current manufacturing capacities. 

CONDITIONS OF SALE - Because all SICO products are custom made to your 

specifications, returns are not allowed.

GENERAL SALES POLICY 

ORDERING PROCEDURE: The customer should place their order on their own numbered order form, indicating the quantity, model 

number, catalog number, top color, stool color, height, shipping method and preferred routing. Written orders confirming phone orders 

must be marked "confirming," otherwise the customer may be liable for the cost of 

recovering duplicate shipments. 

PRICES: Prices are based on specifications as shown in our literature and as described in this price sheet. Any deviation must be repriced 

from the factory. We reserve the right to substitute materials, if materials are not available, and to make design changes which, in our 

opinion, improve the product. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

STANDARD PRODUCTS: SICO standard products are produced to fulfill specific order requests, therefore, no standard product will be 

accepted for return unless a SICO America, Inc. representative provides written consent and the customer approves and returns the “SICO 

Return Material Authorization Request” form. 

Standard products that will be given consideration for return must meet the following conditions: 

Not older then 60 days from the shipment date 

The standard product(s) must never have been used 

The standard products(s) must be able to be returned in their original packaging material 

In addition the following applies if consent is provided for the return of standard product(s): 

A 20% handling charge will be made on all returns 

The customer is accountable for the cost of freight “there and back” to the specified SICO America, Inc. location 

If the standard product(s) is damaged when received by SICO America, Inc. the customer will not receive any credit for the standard 

product(s) returned 

NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS: Non-standard product(s) are not accepted for return under any conditions. 

TAXES: Unfortunately, sometime the collection of taxes is imposed on the manufacturer. Therefore, there shall be added to the sale price 

any excise, sales, occupation, use, or other tax imposed upon the manufacturer incident to this sale unless otherwise noted on order. 

CREDIT: All orders will be subject to the approval of the SICO credit department. 

TERMS: Net 30 days. 

TRANSPORTATION RESPONSIBILITY: SICO products are shipped F.O.B. factory, either from Minneapolis, Minnesota; Conway, 

Arkansas; or Belleville, Wisconsin. This means that the buyer, and not the seller, owns the goods and carries all the risk of loss or damage 

after the goods leave the factory. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the shipment upon delivery before accepting delivery in good 

condition. Any damage, visible or concealed, must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt in the presence of the driver. This should be 

done before signing the bill of lading accepting the goods in good condition. If concealed damage is suspected, merchandise should be 

uncartoned and inspected within 15 days after delivery. Save all cartons and request an inspection from the freight company within that 

time period. The customer is responsible to file a freight claim. SICO will assist in filing loss or damage claims upon receipt of proper 

documents, but cannot be responsible for the actual collection of claims or replacement of the order. 

DELIVERY: SICO assumes no liability for damages on account of delay in delivery resulting from any cause whatsoever beyond its 

reasonable control. SICO will ship orders in quantity uncartoned by furniture van if requested. The additional cost will be charged to the 

customer. SICO reserves the right to ship by van at their own discretion. Freight charges, in this case, are not to exceed equivalent LTL 

rates to same destination. 

SPECIAL: Prices on plastic patterns by other manufacturers (such as Formica and others) are available upon special quotation. Shipment 

on all special color is 45 days after receipt of order.
