Riverside Hotel has unparalleled views across a

many tourists and travelling professionals. During
the 2010 World Cup this was recognised by the
national teams of Spain, Germany, Nigeria and the
Netherlands, amongst others, as they called this
hotel home for a few days.

When
The hotel was developed and opened in 1998 as
one of the first sectional title hotel developments
in South Africa. It has grown to be the most successful
sectional title investment hotels in the

to new investors monthly.
