Hello and welcome to our preview edition of Hepburn. This year has
been challenging for all and in the typical Australian fighting spirit,
I decided to launch a magazine for women to celebrate amazing women
who have achieved in their business, professional or public life and to
inspire women who are starting their journey or moving on a new path.
Hepburn is a new approach to a women’s magazine. We know women
love magazines and a good flip book is great. But in this digital age we
wanted to provide our readers with a choice on how they subscribe to
our magazine content. We also wanted to address accessibility.
So I embarked on a journey to deliver a multimedia magazine for our
readers. The Hepburn woman can enjoy our articles as she pleases,
whether that be reading our digital issue, sitting back and holding our
print issue, watching our YouTube channel or listening to selected articles
via podcast.
This month Hepburn launched our In Conversation with Amazing
Australian Women a monthly serial of interviews with a premiere interview
on YouTube. Our Amazing women series is a conversation with women
who have achieved success in business, professional or public life and
are happy to share their story and knowledge with others. You will find us
on the Hepburn Magazine Channel. Look for our distinctive logo.
Hepburn also launched In Conversation with Aspiring Australian Women.
It is a monthly series of interviews with women who are ready to promote
their business and discuss their aspirations and how they may reach
their goal. We premiered the In Conversation with Aspiring Women on
Hepburn’s YouTube channel.
Our Hepburn readers will also be able to find our In Conversation series
and a few other articles on our podcast.
Our bi-monthly issues will delight readers with scintillating articles falling
within the ambits of Amour Propre, Appetence, Abundance, Ambition,
Passion, Nouvelle Cuisine, and Leisure.
In this preview edition we discuss living in the new normal, leading in
challenging times, putting the spring back in your steps, how to boost
your super and tempt you in our Nouvelle Cuisine section with a mocktail,
cocktail and canapes.
Like any journey, starting Hepburn was not a solo expedition. It was
achieved only through the efforts of an amazing team. I personally want
to thank each member for their contribution and for faithfully following
me on the digital voyage of discovery. Thank you Sushmita Sharma,
Kristina Mazalova, Siobhan Vale and Thomas Hall. We’ll be popping the
champagne to celebrate.
