WHAT IS VOLLEYBALL?

Volleyball is a sport that was
created in 1895 in the United States
by William George Morgan. This
sport is regulated by the
International Volleyball Federation
(FIVB) and has 220 nations
representing it. According to
estimates, one sixth of the world
plays or watches volleyball. This
sport is one of the sports that has
more equality between genders.
WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE?
The objective of the game is to
pass the ball on the other side of
the court, but above the net,
trying to make the ball fall into
the opponent's field, while the
rival tries to keep the ball from
falling and then pass the ball to
the side of the rival. If you pass
the ball and it lands on the
opponent's court, you get a point.
This game is not against the
clock. The team that wins 2 sets
of 25 points each, wins the match.

THE BALL
This sport is played with a ball that
has to measure 65 cm in
circumference, it must be made of
leather or some synthetic material

MY EXPERIENCES
At first I thought that playing
volleyball was easier said than done,

sport and very easy to play when you

if you mess up a point, your
teammates will support you. I used to
think volleyball was boring, but when
you play it it's a lot of fun and you
don't want to stop playing it. I was
not a fan of watching volleyball, but I
started watching more matches and
last year I went to the U21 volleyball
world championship, it has been one
of the best experiences I have had
and that I will always remember.

BASIC RULES OF BASKETBALL
COMPETITION
FIBA is the Technical Commission of the International Basketball
Federation. These ten rules of basketball derive from their codified
regulations. We have extracted the top 5 basic rules of basketball for

Association (NBA) and NCAA in North America.
1. Aim of basketball game: if the team players wants to win, they will try

2. Players: The game gets played by two teams with a squad of 12
players to choose from. Basketball basic rules allow a maximum of 5
players allowed on the court at any one time.
3. Starting the game: A jump ball or tip off starts the game. The referee
lobs the ball into the air above the center circle. Two opposing players
will then leap up while trying to tap it away. This is a situation of against

4. Match duration: As a rule basketball matches consist of four quarters of

scores points for your team. A goal inside the three-point semi-circle

and are worth one point.
6. Winning the game: The winning team is the one who scores most points
in the allocated game time.
The match continues with an extra period of five minutes if tied after the
fourth period. You may also use further five-minute periods to decide a
winner.

In my personal experience, I have
played basketball many times in my
life, and it is a good sport, is funny,
competitive, and helps you to have
more condition and agility. If I had
to choose between soccer or
basketball, I would choose soccer,
but basketball is a great sport and
is my second favourite sport after
soccer.

Athletics is a set of sports events that are divided into
runs, jumps and throws. Athletics as it is practiced
today started in England. In the United States, the
sport began to become more widely know in the 1860.
The Olympic Games were re-developed in 1896. The
Olympics helped spark interest in athletics around the
world, from where the Olympics and athletics go hand
in hand.
Athletics tryouts are held during competitions.
Competitions can be outdoors or indoors. Most take
place in open stadiums. These stadiums are made up of
an internal grass field surrounded by an oval race track.
Within in an athletics competition there are track
events and field events. In track events, athletes
compete in races. An athletics competition is
completed with field trials: the jump and throws. Fields
test are generally conducted on the internal turn field.
The runners of this type of event need to make fast
start if you could not spoil you mess up the race since
starting fast gives you great advantage, then theyrun at
maximum speed throughout the race, athletics requires
a lot of discipline you cannot mess about with this type
of competition.

History
The first Oktoberfest was held from October
12 to October 17, 1810 to celebrate the
marriage of Prince Louis I of Bavaria to
Princess Theresa of Saxony Hildburghausen. It
was so successful that since then it has
continued to grow into an important and
massive celebration. Since its creation, the
festival will have been celebrating for 200
years. In 2020, the Oktoberfest is not going to

The most representative element of the Day of the Dead
festival in Mexico are the altars with their offerings, a

sister and me,and my mom makes a little
dinner for the family to celebrate our
dead,I am going to travel to xochimilco in
three years to celebrate the day of the
dead. I have been saving for this for 4
months and I promise that I will do it with

Personally, I think that Christmas is the best celebration in the world
because, it is the date when I can be happy with my whole family and I

FESTIVAL YI PENG?
The Yi Peng Festival is a special
festival celebrated by the Lanna of
northern Thailand. In Chiang Mai,
the fortress of Lanna culture,

arrival of the holidays.
The lantern festival is one of the
most important cultural, mystical
and spiritual traditions of Thai

relationships of societies; for democratic

In my point of view, education is the most
important thing to develop the human being
since with that knowledge one remains in
ignorance, for example, in Mexico many young
people prefer getting ahead with the help of their
parents who provide them with everything, but at
the time where they have to direct and manage
money, they lose it too quickly since they do not
have knowledge to help them maintain a balance
to increase that money.
When you have babies at home you have to teach
them that education is important to get ahead, when
they are young it is engraved in their brain that it is
important and that it is not, you should not scold
them for not knowing, on the contrary, tell them how

Gustavo Adrian Cerati Clark
He was born in Buenos Aires on august 11, 1959

faliure at the ALCLA clinic in Buenos Aires. He
was an Argentine musician, singer-songwriter and
composer. The rock band "Soda Estéreo" was

was created in 2002. Later and Three cheers for sweet revenge, it
was published in 2004 and gave them world fame with songs like
Helena and I'm not okay I promise. Their next work was The Black
Parade, from 2006, in which they presented a more elaborate, classic
sound with influences from the seventies, in songs like "Welcome to
the Black Parade" or "Teenagers".The last album Danger days: the
true lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, whose first singles were "Na na
na" and "SING" was presented in 2010 for the first time.
Story
In 2001, Gerard Way was working as a comic book artist, and
witnessed the September 11 attacks, a tragedy that encouraged him
to try to do something meaningful with his life. Way raised the idea of
forming his high school friend Matt Pelissier. a group, so they began
to compose songs together; the first was "Skylines and turnstiles," a
song that Way wrote inspired by the 9/11 attacks. Two weeks after the
attacks the band had their first rehearsal, simply with Pelissier on
drums and Way singing and playing guitar.Way met guitarist Ray
Toro through a mutual friend, and together with Pelissier they invited
him to join the band. Also joining the band was Gerard's little brother,
Mikey, who dropped out of school to start playing with them, he was
the one who suggested the group's name, which derives from the title
Ecstasy: three tales of chemical romance, which later it would be
called "Our Lady of Sorrows."

My opinion
My chemical romance is my favorite band because of the rite and what the specific lyrics convey is
very sentimental and dramatic.
The music is made to give company and empathy with the situations that are lived in the moment.
And in this way you manage to identify with the band and get to like it enough to put it on a car
trip.
The band was discovered by me thanks to a cousin who recommended similar bands and from
the moment I listened to Helena I really liked the style of the band, I started to watch various music
videos, read the lyrics and analyze them and little by little I went Interesting me more, when they
separated I really got sad and seven years later they met again. I think the opportunity to see the
band will be taken advantage of by me, and in the future I will go to listen to them live...

He start to do his music, and his name begin to be
important by his music and his musical group.
The album of "Rodeo" was the debut of the first album from
others by Travis, and this was uploaded in the year of 2015.
One of the most important album´s known better as
"AstroWorld" was made by Travis Scott.

When I started listening to Travis, I really
liked his songs because of the vibe he
puts in every song he does.
In my point of view, it is not easy to do
what he did, to leave the university, the
house of his parents and start a life for
himself, at such a young age, and I can
recommend someone else to listen to him
because I'm sure they will like his songs, I
really liked researching about him
because I learned things that I did not
know about him before, and it gave me an
idea of how hard he tried to be where he
is.

What is Hip-Hop?
The origin of Hip-Hop
Hip hop is a culture that originated in the South
Bronx and Harlem, in New York City, among young
African-Americans and Latinos (mainly Boricuas and
Jamaicans) during the 1970s. Although the term hip
hop or rap is often used to refer to musical style and
lifestyle, it is considered that hip hop is not only
limited to the musical field and on the contrary it
consists of four main elements: rap (oral: recite or
sing), turntablism or "DJing" (aural or musical),
breaking (physical: dance) and graffiti (visual:
painting).
The origin of the culture stems from the street parties by the
Ghetto Brothers. When the amplifiers for his instruments and
speakers were hooked up at the 163rd Street and Prospect
Avenue street lamps. The same idea of taking energy from this
street by hanging from the streetlights was taken up by DJ Kool
Herc after his parties in the recreation room of the condominium
at 1920 Sedgwick Avenue, where he mixed the percussive breaks
of soul and funk songs. to impress the crowd and especially some
dancers who were looking for those 'breaks' to show off their b-
boy gymnasts skills, while some MC animated the parties and
rhymed to the rhythm, that is, they rapped, of the different beats,
while several dancers competed, sometimes from other gangs.
It's no surprise that Kool Herc is recognized as the "father" of hip
hop. DJ Afrika Bambaataa in conjunction with Zulu Nation,
designed the pillars of hip pop culture, to which he coined the
terms: MCing or "Emceein", DJing or "Deejayin", b-boying and
graffiti or spray writin.

Hip-Hop Social Impact
Hip hop has had considerable social impact since its inception in the 1970s. Orlando Patterson, a
professor of sociology at Harvard University, helps describe the phenomenon of the rapid spread
of Hip Hop around the world. Professor Patterson argues that mass communication is controlled
by the wealthy, the government and business in Third World nations and countries around the
world. He also credits mass communication with creating a world-class hip hop cultural scene.
As a result, young people absorb and are influenced by the American hip hop scene and begin
their own form of it. Patterson believes that the revitalization of hip hop music will occur
throughout the world with the blending of traditional values and musical forms of American hip
hop, and ultimately a process of global change and development of young people around the
world that allows be more influenced by any of the musical forms of hip hop. It has also been
argued that rap music has formed as a "cultural response to historical oppression and racism, a
system of communication between black and later Latino communities in the United States."
This is due to the fact that culture reflects the social, economic and political reality of young
people deprived of their rights. In the Arab Spring, hip hop played an important role in providing
a channel for young people to express their ideas.
Fashion in Hip-Hop
Costume has always been an important part of hip hop's social and cultural impact, and as the
popularity of the genre increased, so did the effect of its fashion. Although they were not a
dominant part of the elements of hip hop in the beginning, and although rappers like Run-DMC
showed affinity with some brands in this case Adidas or also the Wu-Tang Clan with Wallabees
Clark's, it was not until their commercial boom, that hip hop fashion became truly influential and
inescapable. In the mid to late 90s, hip hop culture embraced some of the top designers and
established a new relationship with the classic way rappers dressed. Brands such as Ralph Lauren,
Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger gained an economic boost by venturing slightly into hip hop culture
and gave little to change while retaining authenticity.
Entering the new millennium, hip hop fashion consisted of baggy shirts, pants, and baggy T-shirts.
Men like Pharrell and Jay-Z ran their own clothing lines and others like Kanye West linked up with
designers like Louis Vuitton, clothing became tighter, more classic than fashion itself, and increased
its economic value . Emphasizing the newfound fashions of hip hop culture, the design inevitably led
to a redefinition of masculinity in the culture and a significant decrease in gender-characteristic
homophobia. Nowadays, rappers with a classic style are observed, baggy pants, in a certain case
hand-painted sweatshirts, they are characterized by the excessive use of jewels, chains and glitters,
flat cap, braids all over the head and brand sneakers, they are usually Nike.

composer of trap, rap and hiphop
in Spanish.
He was born on March 10, 1994

ATLANTIS: LOST STORY

I THINK...
In the personal i'm believer of the existence of the Atlantis because only 10%
of the sea was discovered by the human and the rest of the sea is completely
a mystery, and is so probably that in some place in the sea.
Another proof about the existence of this place are the notes and histories
was written by Platon..., but i want not to make a spoiler of this article.

Atlantis and Platón
The first person to speak of the Atlantis
was been by Platon in his dialogues
"Timaeus and Critias”. In these dialogues
Platon shows a mythical island and explains
how Atlantis in the past was a super society
that could rule North Africa and all of
Europe.
Unfortunately, Atlantis was destroyed.
The destruction of Atlantis was caused by
a super cataclysm and the mythical island
disappeared into the sea. Atlantis is said to
have disappeared in one day and one night.
"But everything is in theory
because there is no evidence that
can confirm the existence of
Atlantis with certainty."
The most likely location for Atlantis is in the western Strait of Gibraltar, and
it supposedly existed over 11,000 years ago.
It was supposedly an island abundant in mineral resources such as
orichalcum (mountain copper) and large forests that provided unlimited wood.
And its prosperity allowed the Atlanteans to build great works such as a
splendid acropolis surrounded by circles of water, temples, palaces, ports and
shipyards.
As a bonus, Atlantis was
ruled by Poseidon and
the name of this
mythical island was
inspired by the name of
the titan Atlas.
