4. Welcome

5. Simply Good Healthy Family Meals Cookbook
This is a cookbook that is published by General Conference WSCS, as part of MCS 135
celebrations to raise funds in support of MWS’s Eat Share Connect campaign. Each book is $10,
English and Mandarin versions available. Payment will be by bank transfer to FMC. If you are
interested, please contact office to order/for more details.
6. The Finance Committee is looking out for individuals with a heart to serve God and our
brothers and sisters in Christ. A professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance and work
experience is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite, to be a part of our committee. If you
feel the Lord's calling to serve, or know of someone else who does, please contact Rev Poh

7. Global Home-Coming Festival 2020
A 1 day gathering of people who are overcoming same-sex attraction from all over the world.
Hosted online over Zoom on 19 th Dec 2020 (Sat) over 3 sessions throughout the day. The topics
covered will include walking with friends with same-sex attractions, testimonies of
transgender regrets, living a flourishing life with HIV, embracing the father's love etc.
Session 1, 10am to 12pm,

English Sunday School will be closed on the 6 th Dec due to on site Communion Service.

Members 75 years and older are strongly advised to remain at home.

The On-site Service:
The 40-minute service is for FMC members.
No singing. All remain masked.
Held in Level 2 Sanctuary.
Seating:
Seating will be in 2 Zones of 50 pax.
Seating positions as directed by ushers and according to time of entry.
Same households will be seated in as a group.
Safety Measures:
Entry and exit paths for Zone 1 and 2 will be separate to ensure that no mingling or
interaction occurs.
Toilets will be designated for Zone 1 and 2 registrants.
Temperature taking and TraceTogether* and SafeEntry is in effect.
The Registration Process
1.1 Register indicating the Service Timing.
1.2 CONFIRMATION completes your Registration.
1.3 Call the Office if you have not received your CONFIRMATION.
1.4 CONFIRMATION is needed to attend the on-site Communion.
1.5 Infants and children can accompany their parents. Children need to be registered.
1.6 As registration is online, we request that members help their seniors in the registration
process.
After The On-site Service
2.1 Leave the church premises immediately.
2.2 Avoid mingling and conversation in the church.

11. 1 Heart: Soul: Mind: Strength
First ever MCS 135 Youth conference, “One Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength”, where
Methodist youths and friends unite to love and serve God in worship and celebration.

Into the Word, Into the World
For graduates of DISCIPLE I, the emphasis now shifts from the broad view to the deeper, more
detailed view.

· 32 weeks of reading Genesis, Exodus, Luke and Acts in entirety.
· 3 to 4 hours of weekly independent study that include appropriate passages from other parts
of the Bible.
· Weekly class lasting 2.5 hours
