WHAT IS THIS?
It’s a newsletter, and it has all you need to know about
Cock Hockey. There’s a lot up in the air right now, but
we’ll use this to update y’all on the upcoming season,
program news and game results once we actually start
playing.
Like everything else, it’s still being worked out.
University guidelines currently prohibit competition
with other teams, so Cock Hockey has transitioned to
the USCHL to allow players to skate and compete in an
internal men’s league. This system was in place during
the Fall semester and may continue in the Spring
pending university policy.
Regardless of the setup, Cock Hockey is committed to
following all university and CDC guidelines to prevent
the spread of COVID-19. When it’s time to get back to
regular season action, we’ll be ready. For now, things
just look a little different.
SO WHAT’S THE DEAL
WITH THE 2020-21
SEASON?
WHY SHOULD I CARE?
Coming off a historic season that included a 21-1-1
record and the program’s first ACHA Nationals bid
since 2001, Cock Hockey’s in the best shape the
program has ever been, and we’re just getting started.
Last year, we smashed home attendance records,
partnered with local charities and notched our third
straight Palmetto Cup Victory against Clemson.
There’s a lot to look forward to, and we’d love for you
to stay in touch.
Yeah. Our online store opened up just in time for Black
Friday. Grab some cock hockey merch before it closes
on December 2nd.
