Payment
Orders will be processed upon receipt of a valid purchase
order. Terms are net 30 days, and the customer will be
invoiced for product upon dateof shipment. All accounts
over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% interest charge on
unpaid balance. Acceptable means of payment are cash,
check, or credit card.
Shipping
Unless specified otherwise, Top Shelf Manufacturing
ships using UPS. Shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer. Orders received before 2:00 pm Pacific
Standard time will be shipped within 24 hours.
Warranty
All Top Shelf Orthopedics products have a limited
warranty from the date of purchase against defects
in materials and workmanship. The warranty by product
family is as follows.

Return Policy
All returns are subject to a restocking charge at the
discretion of Top Shelf Orthopedics. All returns must
be preauthorized by Customer Care and be returned
with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Products
must be returned in original packaging.

Crusader
The Crusader is a custom measured and designed carbon fiber double
upright functional knee brace. The Crusader features integrated strapping,
supra condylar shaping, dynamic stability, and a glove like fit which makes it
perfect for contact & collision sports as well as daily activities. The unique
design accommodates natural anatomy while at the same time providing
needed rigidity.

Shoulder Abduction
The Remedy 2.0
The sling is constructed using a breathable Kewl Mesh fabric and can be contoured for a
stable comfortable fit without the need for a neck strap. The contoured pillow provides
optimal post-operative positioning and a posterior elbow strap stabilizes the humerus
preventing the arm from backing out of the brace. Optional shoulder strap included.
