COLD SMOKED OCEAN TROUTNorlax Cold Smoked OceanTrout is based on a centuryoldrecipe where we addonly sea salt and beechwoodsmoke to enhance theoriginal flavour of the fish.The ocean trout has a moredeep-red colour, comparedto salmon, and is often thepreferred choice by chefsaround the world becauseof its delicate flavour, colourand texture.We source our oceantrout from selected andapproved farms in Norwayand Denmark. In line withour company philosophy,we do not add any artificialadditives, flavours or GMOingredients.Norlax Cold Smoked OceanTrout (Oncorhynchusmykiss) is also available asASC certified from DanishAquaculture.We deliver our cold smokedocean trout, pre-slicedand as whole sides, in allimaginable pack sizes: fromsmall retail packs (50 g/approx. 2 oz.) up to largefood service packs (1-2 kg/approx. 2-4 lbs.).
