OUR PROGRAMS
Our staff works both inside and outside the classroom to help these students find new
paths to success through our case management, literacy, and afterschool programs.
Not only do our programs help keep students on track for graduation, but they are
designed to connect students with resources that serve the needs of the entire family.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Our Case Management Division connects full-time
site coordinators with Duval County students
who are at risk of falling behind or dropping out.
The programs in this division provide access to
many important services, including individual
and group-session counseling, home visits, and
coordinated parental involvement.
