Waimea Community Dam.
2. This map was developed from the results of the "Waimea
Community Dam Break Assessment - WWL update" study and
should be interpreted with the accompanying report, reference
WD.1368
3. The flooding extent shown on this map represents a worst
case failure for the "sunny-day" scenario with an embankment
breach completely developed.
4. Innundation displayed in this map was developed using a
computational hydraulic model in the HEC-RAS hydraulic
modelling suite.
5. Hatched areas represent possible flooding due to different
flood development processes.
