Introduction
First, established in 1989. Contrast has a goal to deliver a combination
of comfort, happiness, and innovation when it comes
to building, constructing, designing, and furnishing your homes
and offices.
Contrast’s mission is to become one of the top firms when it
comes to designing projects in terms of innovation in the MENA
region; when it comes to designing and constructing homes,
workspaces, buildings, and landscapes.
The word contrast is a noun and a verb. The noun definition “an
obvious difference between two or more things.”
The verb definition “is to show differences between one thing
and another” In Art and Photography, Contrast means the difference
between dark and light colors or areas. While the brand
definition is ‘Every project is different, unique in its defining
design.’

Design
The company has a team of designers and engineers devoted to coming up
with innovative, out-of-the-box, and stylish interior designs. Each design fits
and is tailored for every client’s lifestyle.

Landscaping
Landscaping is an art that's made to grant fulfillment and joy.
We at contrast strive in shaping and making your landscape. Whether, its
a garden, entrance, or club. Adding greenery and life. Adding a morning view,
a place to relax, and an assembly spot to enjoy with others.

Furnishing
Furniture is one of the most important aspects of any home. As Contrast, we
design furniture that offers feelings. Furniture that you'll never want to
change. Furniture that will always keep you in a good mood.

Construction
Contrast develops new building, well-known in El-Sheikh Zayed City and 6th
of October city. For constructing the perfect outcome we would start by developing
the building plan and selecting the best construction team. We
make sure our permits and insurance are taken to start any construction
project. Another thing is our site preparations, based on the site and building
plan, necessary, excavation for utility power, water, and sanitation lines. The
superstructure is constructed once the substructure is complete; other work
coming under this - construction of roofs - installation of heating, ventilation
and air conditioning - providing electric and water lines connection line - provide
insulation works as required to protect from lighting - provision of waterproofing
to the walls - plastering and finishing the walls and surfaces -
flooring works and exterior and interior painting.

Wokring Process
Our working process is designed to be able to maintain every single detail perfection.
While making sure that the customer is not involved much in the construction and
finishing process to assure his/her peace till we turn-in the key for the project ready
to be occupied.

Phase 1 (Plan & Design)
Phase 2 (Finishing)
We start by doing a site visit accompanied by the client
to understand his/her vision of what they want and how
they visualize the project.
Then, we ask the client for the plans and drawings of the
area, land, or building. If the plans are not available we
start to take the dimensions and drawing to create the
blueprint.
Then, we ask the client for the architecture and project
plans if they have one; If not, we then go to Khaled Fares
Studio to create a design for you.
The first phase in the finishing is the architecture
and all pre-setup work (Plumbing, Electricity,
Etc.).
The second Phase is the material choice. We
start by providing various samples for the client
to choose from. Example: (Wood, Marble, Etc.).
The third and final stage is the finishing and installation
of the materials, furniture, lights, etc.
Then, hand over the key to our clients for them
to start enjoying their new place.
