BEST PLACES TO VISIT
Santorini, Greece
“A visit to Santorini is the ultimate gastronomic
experience, as the island is a true culinary paradise!
Santorini is considered to be the most sought after
place for a romantic getaway in Greece, since there
are not many places in the world where you can
enjoy exquisitely clear waters while perched on the
rim of a massive active volcano in the middle of the
sea!”
- Visit Greece
Bora Bora, French Polynesia
“The island of Bora Bora rises from the velvet blues
of the deep water up through the softer hues of the
lagoon and into the air that surrounds the island.
Its touch of the sea breeze tingles the skin. Its power
fills each beat of the heart.
Bora Bora, with a lagoon of turquoise waters
resembling an artist’s palette of bright blues and
greens, will make you feel love at first sight.”

PARIS, FRANCE
“The French capital is one of the most romantic
cities in Europe and one of the world’s most visited
cities.
There are endless reasons to visit Paris repeatedly: it
is a beautiful and cultural city, very walkable, with
great sights, and it has been a source of
inspiration for many writers, artists, and
filmmakers.”
- World in Paris
BARCELONA, SPAIN
“Barcelona is a typical European city and so
much more. Filled with outdoor markets, restaurants,
shops, busy bars and nightclubs as well
as museums and churches – and, of course, a
white sanded beach – the Spanish city also has a
distinct flavour all of its own.”

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
Matira Beach
When you step ashore on this island, you will soon discover
Matira beach, the island’s most popular public stretch of sand
by far. The beach is less than a mile in length, starting out
from Hotel Mataria in the north, and ending at Matira Point
at the southern-most tip of Bora Bora. Nestling in the lush
tropical vegetation beyond the beach you will find a row of
upmarket resorts and grand hotels for chilling out in style.

La Sagrada Familia
First of all, the Sagrada Familia has been under construction
since 1882, when the cornerstone was placed, and it is estimated
to be completed by 2026. The interior of the Sagrada
Familia is a beauty of its own. The height of the building
gives the inside a beautiful lighting show thanks to the leaded
stained-glass windows that Gaudí ingeniously decided to use,
to be able to take the most advantage of natural light.inside
feel alive and vibrant. Info from Travel Daily News.
Firá, Santorini
The capital of Santorini, Firá (Thíra) is made up of whitewashed
cubic houses and terraces, winding lanes, little
squares, and blue-domed churches perched on the cliffs 300
meters above the caldera. From the small port of Skala, Firá
can be reached either by walking or riding (mules are for hire)
up the steep and winding stepped path (587 steps) or by taking
the cable-car. Info from PlanetWare.
Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower has been the scene of many events since the
1980s. On the programme are eclectic events such as light
shows, fun trails, spectacular concerts and exhibitions that
dazzle its 7 million annual visitors. No mean feat for the Iron
Lady, which is constantly developed to offer an ever more
enjoyable experience, whether you’re up on its floors or

PACK LIGHT
It’s OK to wear the same t-shirt a few days
in a row. Take half the clothes you think
you will need…you won’t need as much as
you think. Write down a list of essentials,
cut it in half, and then only pack that!
USE A MAP
Looking like a tourist isn’t as bad as
getting really lost and ending up in the
wrong neighborhood. Don’t be afraid to
use a map or ask for directions and look
like a tourist. After all, you are one! I
always use a map when I travel.
DONT BUY
MONEY
Thieves know they exist and being seen
with one basically shouts, “Look at me,
I’m a tourist with money! Rip me off!”
The more you can blend in and act like a
local, the easier it will be to get deals and
avoid touts.
BASIC
FIRST AID
Accidents happen so be prepared. I take
band-aids, antibacterial cream, and ointments
for minor cuts and scrapes. You
never know when you’re going to need
it and you can’t always get it when you
travel.
