Medical Devices from Germany
To meet the scarcity of medical supplies arisen due to COVID-19, the leading trader in US
decided to import Medical Devices such as Ventilation, Oxygen Cylinders, and PPE Supplies
from a German Company. To sign this contract, the supplier demanded the buyer to provide
a Bank Guarantee Letter.
Since the buyer didn’t had their own bank facilities and also, as they didn’t want to block
their working capital, their banks said “No” to provide BG MT760 on their behalf. As the
deal seems to be the profitable one, the buyer looked for the ways to get BG MT760 on
behalf of their company. While searching for a “Bank Guarantee Providers” on Google, they
