This popular material is a semi-flexible vinyl film, which makes it ideal for flat and curved
surfaces. Bright white vinyl provides the optimal background for your imprint to stand out.
Perfect for indoor/outdoor uses. Black Vinyl also available.
Yellow vinyl offers a bright background perfect for safety and caution applications.
Excellent durability, transparency and great for outdoor use. Most commonly used for
windows and other smooth, flat surfaces.
Offers a rich, custom look. Very durable and commonly used for nameplates, security tags,
ornamentation, and awards.
A material that clings/adheres without use of adhesive. Most commonly used on glass for
short-term promotion. Easily adheres to smooth surfaces. Easily removed, repositioned and
reusable. Can be used for window decals, storefront glass, automotive, parking permits
and service reminders, glass cooler doors and mirrors, etc. Polyvinyl, polycarbonate,
polypropylene, polyester, polystyrene, gator board, and more.
A clear vinyl film that clings to smooth surfaces such as glass, plastic and metal. Most
commonly used on glass for retail and automotive parking permits and service reminders, etc.
Plastics are durable and suitable for long-term use both indoors and outdoors. Plastics are
available in 8 mil - 80 mil and are commonly used for signage such as building signs, hang
tags, and point-of-purchase signs and tags.
Flexible magnet is available 15 mil - 80 mil. Magnet material is commonly used for
automotive magnets, household appliances, and store shelving and display.
Many laminations are offered allowing for write-on / wipe-off capabilities, UV protection,
mar-proofing, texture, floor graphics, and more.

Finn Graphics Kwik-Stik adhesive is strong, yet quick and easy to peel off with no residual
adhesive. Uses include stickers and decals of any kind, and almost any product where you
want a strong adhesion with easy-to-remove technology.
Clings to smooth surfaces like glass, plastics and metals. Most commonly used on glass.
Cannot be easily removed and is used for long-term use. Most commonly used on
equipment and machinery. Water resistant, durable and long lasting. Specialty adhesive
available with a Kwik-Quote.
Adheres in extreme conditions on rough or textured surfaces. Commonly used for outdoor
uses such as outdoor equipment and machinery. Water resistant, durable and longest lasting.

MATERIAL & INK INFORMATION
SCREEN PRINTING (SILKSCREEN)
Inks are ultraviolet (UV) light cured, pigmented colors.
They are glossy and very resistant to chemicals and
abrasion. A clear-coat is available as an additional color.
It can be used for extra chemical and abrasion protection
or to add an additional glossy appearance. Please note:
clear-coat will not add any additional protection from
sunlight. The screen printing process lays a heavy coating
of ink for a more vivid color outcome. Very durable and
can withstand UV exposure. Commonly used for signs and
decals. Recommended for use with most materials (Vinyl,
Polyester, Reflective, Paper and Corrugated materials).
OFFSET PRINTING (LITHOGRAPHY)
Inks are UV cured and strong in color saturation to
compensate for thinner ink coats used in the process.
Offset creates high quality images for four-color process
printing. Offset printing is highly recommended for fine
lines and detailed art. This process is ideal for large
quantities on a wide selection of materials.
DIGITAL
Inks are designed to adhere to a wide variety of flexible
and rigid substrates. Digital printing process provides
superb full color production in a short time period at
a minimum cost. Recommended for most materials.
Commonly the most cost effective print method for short
run jobs.
THERMAL
Thermal printing is a digital printing process which
produces a printed image by selectively heating coated
thermo-chromic film. This print process uses heat to
transfer an impression onto a substrate. Commonly used
for bar coding and consecutive numbering.
MATERIAL INFORMATION
PRESSURE SENSITIVE POLYESTERS
Polyester are dimensionally stable that will not stretch
or shrink. Polyester does not conform well to irregular
surfaces or curved surfaces. This material is chemical
resistant. Suited well for indoor outdoor use, and is
temperature resistant.
STATIC CLING VINYL
Cling vinyl is a highly plasticized vinyl film-like material
that does not require an adhesive to adhere to smooth
surfaces. Ideal for glass or mirrors. Recommended for
indoor use only. Will not withstand wet environments.
PRISMATIC VINYL
Brilliant, light diffracting holographic vinyl offers excellent
visual appeal, durability and easy installation. Highperformance
permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds
well to a variety of surfaces.
MAGNETIC
Magnets consist of a magnetic material with a vinyl film
application. Magnetic material is available in a wide range
of gauges. Magnetic materials have extensive hold power
on most metal surfaces. Suitable for indoor and outdoor
use.
REFLECTIVE MATERIAL
Reflective film is often used with transparent inks to
allow the reflective properties of the substrate to show
through the ink. When light hits the reflective materials,
the reflective component is visible. Suitable for indoor and
outdoor use.

PRESSURE SENSITIVE VINYLS
Vinyls are flexible, scuff resistance, plastic films that will
stretch and shrink slightly. For indoor and outdoor use.
PLASTICS
Many plastics are used as materials. Some recycled and
biodegradable materials are available. Refer to customer
service representative for specific plastic guidelines and
information. Used for indoor, outdoor, POP, signage,
displays, etc.
PAPER AND POSTER MATERIALS
Paper materials are used for variety of products. Some
recycled materials may be available. Refer to a customer
service representative for more information. Coated
poster board suitable for short-term outdoor use.
DESIGNATED ADHESIVES
Permanent adhesive are ideal for long-term, permanent
application. Commonly used on security type nontransferable
decals, and labeling.
Lo-Tac adhesive allows for repositioning, clean removal
and/or re-application. No residue removal. Commonly
used for counter mats, wall and floor graphics. Commonly
used but not limited to bumper stickers, decals, year-at-aglance
calendars, and short term promotion.
Removable adhesive allows secure application with easy,
clean removal.

POLICIES / GENERAL INFORMATION
CALENDARS
Orders received before June 1st for items with stock
calendars will receive current year calendar unless
specified differently. Orders received after June 1st or
after will receive the following year’s calendar unless
specified differently. The year must be specified on
purchase order. Orders received before May 1st are
eligible for an early order discount. Eligibility for early
order discount end on April 30.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders canceled for reasons beyond our control will be
billed for all work completed, to include the cost of order
entry. A minimum charge of $18.00 will be applied to any
canceled order that has been proofed. Orders may not
be returned without permission, an adjustment request
will be reviewed with the return of a sample (not the
order in entirety). An order judged incorrect be replaced
at no charge or a credit will be issued against the original
order, the defective order must be returned in full to
receive a credit. Flags, numbers, and letters returned
undamaged will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
CATALOG ILLUSTRATIONS
Logos, images and other imprints shown in our catalog
are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply we
endorse specific items. Any items with specific logos are
not for sale to anyone other than the parties authorized.
COLOR MATCH
If a PMS color is specified or a color sample matched add
$35.00 (g). No guarantee of perfect matches.
POLITICAL
State and federal laws vary with regard to notices which
must be printed and identification of those responsible
for purchasing, publishing, or distributing political
advertising. Be sure the correct copy to meet these
requirements is submitted.
NEGATIVES, FILMS, DIES
Proprietary items furnished by Finn Graphics remain the
property of Finn Graphics.
TERMS
Our terms for regular accounts are net 30 days. New
accounts are required to complete a Distributor
Application for review with the first order. Those
accounts, confirmed through our Credit & Market
Report, will be assigned a credit limit. Other accounts
will be required to prepay their first order with a check or
credit card. 2% Service Fee added for credit card charges
REPEAT ORDERS
Identify repeat orders with the previous order number
and year it was produced. Orders are retained on file for
three years.
WHITE BACKING ON CLEAR
When printing on clear material, we recommend
backing the imprint with white for clearer visibility and
readability. There are three options to accomplish this:
a halo or stroke around the image area, slightly inside
the image, or a white background. See Page 60 for
more info.
ORDERING & BILLING
Minimum billing on any invoice is $50.00 (x). Minimum
charge of $18.00 will be applied to any canceled
order that has been proofed. We will acknowledge
all orders, however phone orders are not accepted.
We require written order confirmation via fax, email
or mail. For proof samples, all appropriate art and
production charges will be billed. Set up charges are
not applied if an order is received without changes
within 10 working days of receipt of the proof.
OVER/UNDER RUNS
Printing is subject to over and under runs up to 5%.
Charges will only reflect the quantity in which we ship.
STANDARD & PMS COLORS
Proofs will be provided upon request. No charge for
the first proof per order. Additional proofs $18.00 (x)
per proof. Refer to Guidelines to Supplying Artwork/
Color on pg. 60 for additional proof information.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins after receipt of complete order
including art, in catalog quantities or after a proof
approval. Non-imprinted items production time is 48
hours after receipt of order. Standard imprint items
require 5 to 12 working days after receipt of order or
proof approval. Calendars require special shipping
schedule and can be arranged with a Customer
Service Representative. Custom products requiring
added quantities, colors, die cut and/or special may
extend past our normal production times.
SAMPLES
Samples are available upon request at no charge.
Samples can be requested for testing by contacting a
Customer Service Representative.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified, we will ship by the most
suitable method. UPS is our standard shipping
method within the continental US. Shipping and
handling charges will be added to all orders. There is
no additional charge to ship via your UPS or FedEx
account number.
Split Shipments: (two or more shipments on the
same day, same PO) add $7.00 (x) handling for each
additional destination. For items over 23” x 32” add
$12.00 (x) for each.
Rush Shipments: can be accommodated at no
additional charge permitted scheduling allows. If
schedules are booked, accommodations can be made
with charged production overtime.
