Specifically developed to meet the stringent demands of
the food, pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries.
The New detectamet metal detectable range of O-rings
includes FDA compliant (on most sizes) or food safe
grades of EPDM, nitrile and fluorocarbon (FKM)
compounds.
Fragments of detectamet as small as 2mm (0.079”) can be
identified by metal detection equipment.
X-ray detectable O-rings are available upon request,
please contact our technical team with your specific
requirements.

Features of metal detectable O-rings include:

Temperature range from -40°F (-40°C) to 392°F
(200°C).
• Blue seals to assist in easy identification
Detectamet compounds can be molded into O-rings
and custom components.
Detectamet O-rings available from 0.25mm to over 2
meters in diameter, in any combination of interior
diameter and cross section, both in small quantities
and large volumes.

Detectamet offer a wide range of cleaner balls to fit any
sifting application.
Sifter balls work inside screen decks to prevent the screens
from clogging which leads to a loss in sifter capacity
along with an increase in sifter tailings or overs.
