R<strong>en</strong>ato Zamberlan<br />
R<strong>en</strong>ato Zamberlan was born in the V<strong>en</strong>etian<br />
province in 1970. After his studies in Business<br />
Administration at Ca' Foscari University<br />
of V<strong>en</strong>ice, he took a path that led him to<br />
combine business with creativity in various<br />
sectors, from photography to graphic design<br />
and from art to refined publishing.<br />
He collaborates not only with the Art'è<br />
Group and the prestigious Franco Maria<br />
Ricci publishing house but also with<br />
multinational manufacturing and chemical<br />
corporations. His multidisciplinary training<br />
and a constant search for new stimuli led<br />
him to approach the world of furniture in<br />
2012. He began working with Horm as Sales<br />
Manager for the Italian and North/South<br />
American markets. Almost simultaneously, he<br />
contributed with his creativity by designing<br />
some of the brand's most successful<br />
commercial products.<br />
In 2014, he became a partner of the Group.<br />
Since 2015, he has tak<strong>en</strong> on the role of<br />
Artistic Director. He brands stylistic choices<br />
that led the company to obtain valuable<br />
prizes and awards such as the Good Design<br />
Award (2014), Red Dot Design Award (2016),<br />
ADI Design Index (2015, 2016), Second Place<br />
at the Archiproducts Design Awards (2016),<br />
and Honorable M<strong>en</strong>tion at the Compasso<br />
d'Oro (2016) in which Horm has won for the<br />
sev<strong>en</strong>th time in its short exist<strong>en</strong>ce.<br />

Joe Doucet’s ability to fluidly cross the<br />
differ<strong>en</strong>t disciplines of design have made<br />
him one of the most sought after creative<br />
tal<strong>en</strong>ts working in America.<br />
As a designer, inv<strong>en</strong>tor, <strong>en</strong>trepr<strong>en</strong>eur<br />
and creative director, his work deftly<br />
hybridizes function and visual appeal while<br />
conveying layers of meaning and message.<br />
His portfolio therefore <strong>en</strong>compasses<br />
furniture, consumer electronics, corporate<br />
id<strong>en</strong>tity, jewelry, fashion, technology,<br />
childr<strong>en</strong>’s toys, <strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>ts and<br />
architecture. Doucet’s work has be<strong>en</strong><br />
exhibited and awarded globally, and he<br />
curr<strong>en</strong>tly holds more than 50 pat<strong>en</strong>ts for<br />
his designs and inv<strong>en</strong>tions.

Tradition and<br />
Technology<br />
<strong>Tango</strong> is an elegant table, suitable for domestic and contract<br />
<strong>en</strong>vironm<strong>en</strong>ts: from dining to living room, in a bistrot, or a meeting<br />
room.<br />
Moving around the table, the asymmetrical shape of the legs<br />
makes it look as if they were sinuously dancing.<br />
<strong>Tango</strong> translates our philosophy of craftsmanship in the form of<br />
a table: the will to create products with technical, design and<br />
research cont<strong>en</strong>t, capable of arousing physical and emotional<br />
satisfaction. From this point of view, the legs in noble solid wood<br />
(Walnut, Oak or Ash) and the top in F<strong>en</strong>ix, a technological<br />
material of new conception, are skilfully mixed together.<br />
Fixed, ext<strong>en</strong>dable or in bistrot version, <strong>Tango</strong> is one of Horm's<br />
most popular products. It is available in 25 sizes, three finishes<br />
for the legs and three finishes for the top.<br />
F<strong>en</strong>ix is an innovative material nanotechnologic,<br />
super-opaque, with a soft touch finish. It was created<br />
specifically for interior design.<br />
It combines refined aesthetic solutions with cutting<br />
edge technological features.<br />
The exterior compon<strong>en</strong>t of F<strong>en</strong>ix is achieved using<br />
nanotechnology and features a surface treated<br />
with the latest g<strong>en</strong>eration of hard<strong>en</strong>ed acrylic resins.<br />
These are fixed using a highly advanced technological<br />
process.<br />
The nano-particles integrate fully into the surface layer,<br />
giving it extraordinary properties.<br />
