General description of Grading
XL/XXL - Oak Nature:
• Very little colour variation, no sapwood, no cracks.
• Boards up to 28 cm wide: Occasional healthy knots (filled) with a diameter of maximum ± 20 mm permitted.
• Boards 30 cm wide and wider: Occasional healthy knots (filled) with a diameter of maximum ± 25 mm permitted.
XL/XXL - Oak Character:
• Some colour variation, no sapwood, no cracks.
• Boards up to 28 cm wide: Healthy knots (filled) with a diameter of maximum ± 40 mm permitted.
• Boards 30 cm wide and wider: Healthy knots (filled) with a diameter of maximum ± 60 mm permitted.
SMALL ORDERS
• For each product order up to 15 m 2 per item, we will charge a small order handling surcharge of £ 100,00.
• For dimensions other than the above standard sizes, we will charge machine setting costs of £ 100,00.
