Delegate substitution will be permitted at no extra charge with 24 hours advance written notice to the BCWWA office. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within seven (7) Expiry Date working days of the event start. If you register without paying and do not attend the event, your registration will be considered firm if you do not notify Signature BCWWA of your cancellation per the refund policy stated above. you will be invoiced for the full registration cost.
