MASTER TO DO LIST

This planner provides a comprehensive To Do List before every weekly layout. These lists are split

into three sections - 1. Spiritual; 2. Home; and a 3. Miscellaneous unlabelled list. We all have various

spiritual goals we must prioritize (seek the Kingdom first - Matthew 6:33), homes to care for (thank the

Most High) and other various To Dos that vary from person-to-person.

Here are a few tips to consider utitlizing that make your To Do lists “decent” and “in order” and,

AHAYAH willing, your life a well.

TIPS ON MASTERING YOUR TO DO LIST

1. Your Master To Do List is a place to do A MENTAL DUMP of everything you need to accomplish.

2. There are two columns provided split into three sections as described ablve.

3. There is no need to write your tasks in order or think about the priority until AFTER you have

written them all down.

4. Everything on these weekly lists are to be transferred to an appropriate block/watch on a day (or

more) of the associated week.

5. There are two grey circles provided to the left of each task in which you may, using the legend,

mark off items that are important, completed, have been migrated to another week etc. Two circles

are provided so that you can mark an item twice. For example, an event might get cancelled or an

appointment scheduled and then completed.

6. SUGGESTION: Get yourself spiritually suited and booted before you start your day (Ephesians 6:11-

18). Start your day with your spiritual meditation (a.k.a The POWER HOUR) - this will provide you

with the spiritual fortitude to get through the day. Afterward, if time for yourself is something you

always find you don’t have, do your best to take even 5 minutes in the morning for yourself to fill

your cup so that you can pour into others from an overflowing cup.

Some ideas for morning activities (besides the necessary Prayer & Scripture Reading):

• Praise and Worship, Purposeful silence, Workout/Exercise, Journaling, Read, Plan the

Day etc.

7. Tasks that occur on a monthly or weekly basis should be prioritized ( ). Also, note next to them

*

if they are monthly or weekly tasks and be sure to transfer them to the appropriate monthly or

weekly calendar/schedule.
