team has worked hard to make this convention special

for you and our growing community of FOREVER

Ambassadors, Club Members, and Clients. Over the

next three days you will see new and old friends,

enjoy fabulous speakers and events, increase your

skills and aspirations, and be among the first to

use new and enhanced FOREVER products

and services. And, of course, you’ll have

plenty of time to crop!

Our mission at FOREVER is to help you and

others save, organize, and share memories now

and for generations into the future. To accomplish

this mission, we want to bring together a community

of people from all over the world who care about

memory-keeping as much as you do. FOREVER LIVE!

is a key part of bringing our community together.

This year, we are celebrating many new product

and service enhancements – from new Design &

Print themes and Wall Décor to in-app notifications,

metadata downloads, and enhanced back office

reports. But that’s not all! We’ve got many more

exciting announcements to be made throughout the

weekend. Of course, many of these new ideas were

suggested by you, our FOREVER Ambassadors, Club

Members, and Clients! And as you know, our FOREVER

Community is growing by leaps and bounds. The

future is incredibly bright as we share FOREVER with

more and more people and continue to improve our

FOREVER products and services!

So, let’s celebrate our shared mission of helping

people save, organize, and share their precious

family memories now and for generations. Let’s

celebrate everything we have already accomplished

together, and let’s celebrate our future together.

GLEN MEAKEM

Founder and CEO

Glen Meakem is the Founder & CEO of

FOREVER, the world’s first permanent media

storage and sharing company. FOREVER

provides consumers with a complete memorykeeping

platform, and its mission is to help

people save, organize, and share their memories

today, tomorrow, and for generations to come.

Glen is passionate about the FOREVER mission

and loves leading the company every day.

Glen is an experienced entrepreneur and

business leader who previously started a

successful business-to-business internet

company called FreeMarkets, taking it public in a

record setting IPO and growing it to almost $200 million in sales. FreeMarkets still exists

as part of the global software company, SAP.

Glen’s passion for preserving family memories goes back to 1991, when he returned from

serving as a U.S. Army officer in the First Gulf War. That summer, Glen and his wife, Diane,

collected old documents and photographs and recorded videos of their grandparents

talking about their lives, beliefs, and values. And since 1991, Glen and Diane have had five

children of their own and have made many new memories.

After many years, Glen realized that his family memories were everywhere – physical

scrapbooks, boxes, temporary cloud storage accounts, internet photo sites, cell phones,

old computers, etc. And, some of these memories were already being lost because of

device failures, expiring accounts, losses during moves, and general disorganization.

When Glen researched the issue further, he concluded that for his family memories to be

safely saved and shared for generations into the future, they would have to be stored in

the internet cloud. But, when he looked at specific service providers, he discovered that

literally every internet or cloud service available was temporary and would delete his

family memories under many circumstances. So, in 2013, Glen launched www.forever.com.

Through a lot of hard work, determination and listening to many people who care about

family memories, the company has achieved tremendous early success with a loyal

following of tens of thousands of clients and thousands of FOREVER Ambassadors who

are actively sharing FOREVER across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

and other countries. Glen believes this is just the beginning!

Glen graduated A.B. cum laude from Harvard University and later earned his M.B.A. from

Harvard Business School. After college, Glen was a combat engineer officer in the United

States Army Reserve, serving as a platoon leader in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during the

First Gulf War. Early in his business career, Glen was a product manager with Kraft Foods,

and a consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Glen and his wife, Diane, have three daughters, two sons, and two terrific sons-in-law.


ROXANNE BUCHHOLZ

Vice President

Roxanne Buchholz brings a unique combination of corporate design and years in

the digital scrapbook industry to FOREVER. Her responsibilities include leading the

FOREVER creative teams, managing the digital art store, developing, maintaining,

and growing the FOREVER Print online application, as well as serving as the digital

artist behind the Lucky Girl Creative brand. Roxanne has been with FOREVER for 4

years and currently serves as Vice President.

Roxanne grew up in Southern California and graduated from California Polytechnic

State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic

Design and a minor in Psychology. For nearly 20 years, Roxanne traveled

extensively around the world as she worked as a corporate and consumer

packaging designer leading coordination efforts for multiple international product

lines. Prior to joining FOREVER, Roxanne spent nearly eight years as the Studio Design Specialist and Creative Team

Manager at Heritage Makers, where she developed a passion for helping others to preserve their family history

through the art of digital scrapbooking.

Roxanne resides just outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and has been married to her husband, Greg, for 26 years. She has

two teenage sons and enjoys photography, option trading, target archery, and summer road trips.

NATHAN BOWERS, Ph.D.

Vice President

Nathan Bowers leads our Product Development, Product Management, and

Client Care teams at FOREVER. He also works alongside our FOREVER

Ambassadors to better understand the new tools and features that will help

them more effectively share FOREVER with others. Nathan has been with the

team since early 2013 when FOREVER first opened its “Home Office.” Prior to

FOREVER, Nathan left the world of academic research to become the Producer

and Director of Marketing for the “Glen Meakem on the Weekend” radio program.

Nathan has now worked with Glen full-time for more than 11 years and has

enjoyed every minute.

Nathan holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and brings

deep analytical and social analysis skills to his Product Development, Product

Management and Client Care responsibilities. Nathan also holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of

Pittsburgh, and bachelor’s degrees in Music, Literature, and Education from Cairn University.

Nathan lives in Pittsburgh with his wonderful wife Joy, and together, they have 4 amazing children. They are

involved in their local church where Nathan often chants the Psalm on Sunday mornings. Both Nathan and Joy

are absolutely committed to supporting and fulfilling the vision of FOREVER.

TAMEKA BOND

Manager of pixels2Pages

Tameka Bond is the Manager and one of the founding members of pixels2Pages.

Her current responsibilities include overseeing Artisan and Historian training

services provided by pixels2Pages, along with creating many of the videos, tips,

and other offerings that pixels2Pages creates to keep the community inspired and

empowered. She also provides customer support via Facebook, webinars, emails,

and live events all over North America.

Tameka was born and raised in New York City. She still resides in New York City with

her husband and their three children. Tameka is a graduate of St. John’s University

and spent nearly two decades working as a paralegal while she raised her family.

She is a life-long scrapbooker with a knack for showing Artisan users how to turn

a blank canvas into a work of heart. She is passionate about FOREVER and takes

great pride in knowing she was able to take her hobby and turn it into a profession. Every day she works doing

something she loves – servicing the FOREVER community.

DIANA ASHLEY

Senior Ambassador

Diana Ashley is from Laconia, New Hampshire, home of Lake Winnipesaukee. She

has been married to her wonderful husband Dennis for 37 years. As a family, they

spent 20 years in the military traveling and living all around the United States. Their

duty stations consisted of Connecticut, Virginia Beach, San Diego and Bremerton/

Seattle, Washington. In 1995, she and her husband settled down in Laconia to raise

their two young children, who are now grown and married.

Diana joined FOREVER in November 2015 as a hobbyist. She loved Artisan and her

creative world revolved around using Artisan. She continues to love Artisan, but also

fell in love with FOREVER and the preserving of her memories. Last year, in January

2018, she had a sense that it was time to share FOREVER with others…and so she

became more serious about the “business” of FOREVER. Last January, she made

plans to attend her first FOREVER Live! in 2018. Her favorite part in this FOREVER business is watching people smile

and sensing their joy as they look at their pictures and remember the memories!

Diana is employed full time as an Administrative Assistant in a local high school. In her free time, she loves to play

the piano, hunt turkey and deer with her husband, and play pickleball! She especially loves her daily walks with her

beautiful golden retriever, Brady!

MELISSA BALDWIN

Qualified Ambassador

Melissa is a certified professional life coach and digital estate planner. She is

passionate about guiding others as they overcome obstacles, focus on their goals,

live a better story, and then preserve those stories for generations. She believes

that each and every person has a purpose and a hero’s story to live. She was thrilled

when she found FOREVER and learned of FOREVER’s commitment to safeguard

and celebrate our individual stories. Melissa is married to her husband of 29 years,

Larry, and has five children, two “home-grown” and three adopted. They make their

home in Southern California where sunshine, fish tacos and avocados abound.

MADELYN BROWNELL

Senior Executive Ambassador

Madelyn Brownell is a Senior Executive Ambassador from Utah. She’s an

accomplished photo organizer and determined to become an accomplished album

maker! She consistently gets recognized for her top sales and recruiting efforts. She

loves the camaraderie among her team members and among FOREVER’s leaders,

and appreciates the high-quality Ambassadors that FOREVER attracts. She’s been

in the photo preservation industry for 27 years and truly believes that FOREVER

has solutions for everyone who has photos. Her passion is teaching others the best

workflow for organizing and sharing their memories through FOREVER Storage,

software and printing. She’s excited with what this industry provides: motivation for

anyone that wants challenging work, recognition, responsibility, personal growth

and a feeling that you’re making a meaningful contribution to others.


JENNY LYNN CAMPBELL


Jenny Lynn is a Founding Senior Executive Ambassador with FOREVER and loves

to inspire others to protect their most treasured possessions – photos and the

stories that go with them. Having lived in the Silicon Valley area for many years and

working as the Director of Sales and Training for a software company, she sees firsthand

the dangers that our photos can encounter when not protected correctly – the

dangers of the digital cliff! She has been preserving her own legacy since she was 9

and has been helping others do the same for as long as she can remember!

Additionally, she loves to help others build a business with FOREVER. Teaching

others how to share FOREVER’S Complete Memory Keeping Solution brings her

such joy and fulfillment! Partnering with women and helping them do things they

never believed they could do is so rewarding.

Jenny Lynn is married to the most amazing man, Gabriel, and is mama to the sweetest little boy, Gianni, who is 7, and

her newest addition, 21-month-old Giselle. Life is great, and God is good!

ANGELA DEKKERS

Senior Ambassador

As a graphic designer and photographer by trade, photos are something Angela

values as an important part of people’s lives. After she graduated from Dordt

University with a fine arts and graphic arts degree, she worked in a Photo Lab for 7

years as a lab tech, designer and photographer. She absolutely loved it, but when

her 3rd child was born, she decided it was time to stay home and raise her 3 girls.

She continued to do what she loved for her family and children - scrapbooking and

photography. Traditional scrapbooking has been a part of her life since high school,

but in 2013 she switched to digital. Angela continues to use her love for graphic

design in her children’s books and her love for photography in taking pictures of her

kids and family.

Angela became a FOREVER Ambassador in 2014 but really only used it for her

personal use. As her 6 kids are getting older, closer to all being in school and not wanting to find a job outside the

home, she decided to work harder at her FOREVER business. In January 2018, she decided to really start sharing

FOREVER and making it a business. Working at it and sharing did pay off; she earned her first FOREVER Achievement

Trip this past February. It was so nice for her and her husband to get off the farm and away from the snow to visit

beautiful St. Lucia.

It is so important for us to keep our memories safe so we can look back at all of God’s faithfulness in our lives

throughout the years and to share it with people. She considers her photos a testimony in her faith journey of what

God is doing in her life and her family’s lives. She wants others to also have the opportunity to see, remember and

celebrate what God is doing in their life. Life is so busy nowadays and people aren’t taking the time to enjoy or

look back on their memories. She wants to make this quick and easy for people so it isn’t another burden or too

overwhelming. With the help of her upline and team, she hosts events at the local library, online classes and has

personal meet ups with others. She wants to turn an overwhelming photo “mess” into something simple and enjoyable!

Angela, Jim and their 6 children, Cassady, Avary, Kambrie, Zachary, Grady & Hadlee, live on a farm in Ireton, Iowa.

Angela and Jim stay busy with their jobs and running kids around but are also very involved in their little school,

church and other volunteering opportunities. She advises others to make a difference wherever they are or in

whatever they’re doing.

CONNIE DEMERS

Lead Ambassador

Connie worked at a bank for 12 years before she decided to stay home full-time

with her children. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, she soon turned her soapmaking

hobby into a full-fledged home-based business. She launched Constance Bath &

Body in April 1999. She had a work studio and showroom in her home, a website,

wholesaled to small gift shops and did the larger art/craft shows in Southern

Ontario. She deliberately kept the business small, so she could have the best of

both worlds! After a successful 15 years, she decided to close up shop. It had run its

course and she was ready to move on, but not sure to what...

Even as a child, she has always been passionate about family, history and the two

combined and believes that family memories should never be lost! 22+ years ago

she started on a journey to get her family’s photos organized and into scrapbooks.

In the beginning she enjoyed going to workshops and even got a number of scrapbooks finished, but it was just too

time consuming, so she decided to organize them in folders on her computer instead.

A computer crash followed by a corrupted external hard drive a few years later left Connie with years of lost photos

from when her children were young. She was devastated. Thankfully, a small house fire did not reach her family

photo albums.

In April of 2016, she was introduced to FOREVER and she KNEW that THIS was what her family needed! She

immediately purchased FOREVER Storage! She became a personal use Ambassador, but only to get the extra

savings! The plan was to save her photos in the storage and quickly and easily create digital photo books! BUT it

wasn’t long before she knew she HAD to share FOREVER with everyone she knew!

Attending the FOREVER Live! convention in Nashville was a game-changer and helped launch her business to

the next level. She loves the family vibe and getting to know and network with other Ambassadors. FOREVER is

something that she truly believes everyone needs! Her mission is to bless everyone that she can by educating them

about FOREVER! This is not scrapbooking, it’s Archiving!

Connie and her husband Ed have been married for 33 years and live in LaSalle, Ontario. They have 2 adult children,

Luke, who is still currently at home, and Alyssa and son-in-love, Luke, who live in SW Michigan with their precious

foster baby boy!

ELIZABETH GOODSON

Lead Ambassador

Elizabeth is a native of North Carolina, living in the central part of the state near

Raleigh all of her life. She attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh where

she earned her engineering degree. It was during college that she first fell in love

with traditional scrapbooking after seeing families she babysat for work on albums

for their families and children. With a love for photos, you could find her many days

between exams going through her own extended family’s photos and organizing

them as a way to clear her mind in preparation for the next round of exams.

Elizabeth has worked for nearly 15 years in local government serving as an engineer

responding to rapid growth and development of small towns in the Raleigh-Durham

area. Although her “day job” is demanding, Elizabeth finds her photo business as the

perfect change of pace and way to share with others her passion for photos too.

Elizabeth began her photo business about the same time she began her engineering career 15+ years ago and

enjoys watching both areas of her life grow. One of the first photo albums she worked on was to capture memories

and stories of her family’s summer experience hosting children from the country of Belarus. She began to see the

benefits of making this a side business with the hopes to help offset the cost of her own supplies. Little did she know

that those photo albums would be only the start to many others she would complete and more importantly she

would help others complete.

Her business has changed with a winding path over the first decade but by embracing digital and following the

software she loved, she found FOREVER in the Fall of 2015. It is through FOREVER she has discovered a broader

passion and love for helping others with their photos and all media. She has grown a team for the first time in her

photo solutions career and earned her first FOREVER Ambassador achievement trip to the Bahamas in 2017.


KATHY GORDON


Kathy has been blessed beyond measure in her personal life and business career.

She and her husband have been happily married for 36 years. They have 4 adult

children (3 of whom are married now) and their first grandchild is on the way! :)

FOREVER has given her the opportunity to help and bless other people with the

safe keeping of their precious family memories, and for that she is eternally grateful!

She wishes the FOREVER journey continues to grow strong and bless many!

DEANNA JOHNSON


Deanna Johnson has been a Photo Coach, Team Leader and Speaker for 20 years.

Deanna joined FOREVER in September 2015 with great enthusiasm. Seeing the

opportunity and potential in sharing FOREVER within her circle and beyond, she

began to build a strong team and business, influencing many to also pursue this

same passion for saving and organizing photos. Deanna quickly promoted to

Executive in 2015 and Senior Executive Ambassador just one year later. She leads by

example a team of over 375 Ambassadors.

You will consistently hear her name as she’s recognized for Top Sales. She feels it is

her personal mission to share FOREVER’s products, services and opportunities with

others in her community and beyond. Deanna has earned many incentives including

the FOREVER Incentive Trip each year since the first in 2016. Deanna is passionate

about FOREVER’s opportunities and believes that you can excel in anything as long as you believe in yourself and

the products you are sharing. Deanna is thankful for her FOREVER business, as it gives her the opportunity to be

full time caregiver to her husband Corey of 25 years. He was seriously injured in a work accident in April of 2017 and

suffers from a severe traumatic brain injury. They together have two amazingly supportive children, Mackenzie, 22

and Haydn, 20 who are both University students in Alberta. Deanna continues to positively influence those on her

team and anyone she comes in contact with. She lives in Grande Prairie, AB Canada.

JENNY KASA

Lead Ambassador

After her high school yearbook “Editor in Chief” experience, Jenny knew that photos

and stories were her passion! That led her to explore positions in the graphic design

industry and then the opportunity to join the memory keeping industry 20+ years

ago. That opportunity allowed her to be a full time “BOY Mom” by day and parttime

photo coach in the evenings and on the weekends. As technology evolved, so

did her business. Jenny helped many “traditional scrapbookers” embrace digital

photography, photo organization, and digital photo books. Eventually her business

transitioned to 90% digital.

As her boys got older, Jenny was presented with an opportunity to return to the

“working world” with a part-time position in a neighboring school district, which, after

a few years and some changes in staffing, led to a full-time position. Shortly after

starting that full-time assignment, in September 2015, Jenny also accepted an invitation to “check out” FOREVER…

It was LOVE at first sight! She knew she wanted to be a part of the mission. She was excited to reconnect her “photo

friends” with Artisan software and believed in the opportunity to grow a successful business by offering a complete

line of memory keeping solutions.

Jenny admits that while Artisan Software was her reason for jumping into FOREVER, media conversion and FOREVER

Storage are what have helped her build a team and achieve more than she could have imagined. The world NEEDS

FOREVER and needs US, too! She advises others to not be afraid and try to share ALL that FOREVER offers – the

Jenny, her husband, Jim, and their 2 sons, Noah and Caleb, live in Forest Lake, MN. When she’s not helping people with

ADRIANA MEDEROS


Adriana was born and raised in Venezuela. She currently lives in Boynton Beach,

FL with her husband George and two girls Sofia (14) & Katie (12), Abuelita from

Venezuela (88) and whichever new pet Katie convinces George to get (bunny, dog,

fish and foster cats). Adriana and George met at their Information Technology job,

where they both still work after almost 25 years. Adriana was the Phi Theta Kappa

Historian in college and got into scrapbooking her family photos and vacations in

the late 90s. She enjoyed helping others learn about scrapbooking with traditional

photo albums but her love for the hobby grew tenfold when she was introduced to

digital scrapbooking. She quickly learned how to use the program and soon helped

others with technical questions to get their pages done too.

Adriana joined FOREVER at the first FOREVER Live! convention in Atlanta and

finally got a chance to meet several people she had helped online over the past few years with Artisan and Historian

questions. She continues to help Ambassadors and clients worldwide at odd hours of the night. She has built a team

of mainly Artisan users, but has quickly helped them see the many other benefits of FOREVER with permanent

storage and media conversion. Adriana & George have earned all 4 FOREVER Ambassador Achievement trips so

far and it is part of the family tradition to have Gramma drive South from Gainesville, Florida to take care of the girls

while Mom & Dad have their annual adults only vacation.

SHERI MEISSNER


Sheri Meissner is the wife of Josh for 21 years, but they have been dating since age

14! She is the mom of 3 active teens and they live out on the gravel roads of rural

Wisconsin on a large dairy farm. Sheri is proof that 15 minutes a day in your photos

really works to see progress. Therefore, she’s equipped to take away the excuse of

“I’m too busy,” and loves showing clients a manageable plan that can meet their

photo goals in 15 minutes a day, a few days a week. Sheri is a super fan of getting

things done, therefore LOVES FOREVER Print (but she equally shares storage &

conversion too). She has a goal of always reaching 5+ new clients a month in 2019 –

FOREVER Print and the phone app have really helped with this goal. Some interesting

facts about Sheri are that she has earned every FOREVER Ambassador Achievement

Trip, hosted an exchange daughter from Boliva this year who recently went home,

hates chocolate, is a Type 1 Diabetic and can play the accordion while pogo sticking!

FRAN SMITHERMAN

Executive Ambassador

Fran Smitherman was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and lives there now

with her husband Chris and her two boys Christopher and Andrew (plus a handful

of cats and a hermit crab named Larry!). She has loved photo albums her entire life

thanks to her parents and her grandparents who always had them around. In high

school, she always handed out duplicates of photos she had developed for all of her

friends, and in college she bought every “Zap” photo on the proof sheet after events!

Wanting a career that was challenging and lucrative enough to get her a grand piano

and trip to Africa (her lifelong dreams), Fran majored in Finance in college with a

minor in Economics and Spanish. When she finished her time at the University of

Alabama with a graduate degree in Finance and Banking, she took a job in investment

research at Sterne, Agee and Leach, a regional brokerage firm, and within a year

she had moved to the Trust Department of AmSouth Bank (now Regions Financial

Corp) as a Consumer Staples analyst. She earned her CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst) and has been the

Director of Equity Research for Regions Investment Management for over 20 years. Throughout that time, Fran has

been grateful for the “softer” side to her life that being a photo consultant has provided her with, and nothing gives her

greater joy than hosting events at her home to give people a chance to work on their photo projects.

Fran is an Executive Ambassador who loves her family, her memories and her FOREVER Flames and Rockstar

teammates! She is a firm believer that this life is beautiful and worth celebrating, and has been helping people do

just that with their photos since 2002. She loves the FOREVER mission of saving photos and videos and is especially

grateful for the support of her upline Adriana Mederos, her Flames Team teammates/friends, the FOREVER home

office staff who work so hard on our software programs, applications and coaching, and of course the Pixies! Fran has

over a hundred traditional and digital scrapbooks and is sleeping better at night knowing they are safe at FOREVER

thanks to the folks in Green Bay and the FOREVER Print Shop! While she has a full time job and stays busy with her

two boys, dance and karate, she always makes time for her photos and wants to inspire others to do the same.


LOURDES STERN

Senior Lead Ambassador

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Lourdes’ passion for preserving photos and

documenting her family’s story began in 1995. She and her husband were active

duty Air Force and about to have their first child in Colorado. She knew that

preserving and sharing her family’s stories and photos would be key for them to

stay connected with their extended families in Ohio, Florida, and Puerto Rico.

Lourdes wanted to make sure that her new child and future children knew their

heritage and family history.

Lourdes began scrapbooking in 1995 and joined FOREVER in October 2015. Since

the very beginning, she has loved to help others with their photos and their stories.

Lourdes has focused her efforts on Media Conversion. She shares the importance of

bringing old media back to life so her clients can relive and share their stories as well

as learn their heritage. Media Conversion is a great “in” to the FOREVER ecosystem.

Lourdes and her husband Michael live in Colorado Springs, CO. They have two daughters, Rachel and Sarah. Lourdes

is grateful for FOREVER for allowing her to stay at home doing something she loves all while paying for Sarah’s

college. Yes!

MELODY WHITEHEAD


Melody is a native of Pasadena, CA and started her Photo Business in 1995 with two

young children, 5 and 2 years old. Three years later, she had another child. Melody is

forever grateful to a dear friend, Sheri Meissner, who told her about FOREVER. After

she and her husband researched and googled Glen Meakem and his company, she

added it into her business in the summer of 2015. She wanted to share with others

what she had found, uses and loves about FOREVER.

She has seen the way we capture a photo change from film to digital like many of

you. People only had printed photos in 1995. Fast forward to now, Melody helps

people with not only their printed photos but also digital images on various devices

as well as media conversion and scanning. She helps them get their MOST important

memories organized in ONE digital home.

Melody enjoys sharing her passion and making a difference in people’s lives. Teaching people how to be proactive and

avoid heart breaking losses of their photos and memories due to a disaster. Showing people how to build their family

history, their legacy in one place so they could easily and privately share it with loved ones and knowing confidently

that their digital assets/estate will pass on to future generations. She doesn’t want people’s photos and memories

stuck in boxes, deleted or lost in a device.

Melody has been married for 33 years, now has 2 children married, the youngest adult child graduated in May and has

two adorable grandchildren. She enjoys traveling with her husband as often as she can and with the whole family to

incredible places, doing the unexpected and living life to the fullest. She looks forward to MANY more years helping

people with their memories as well as empowering Ambassadors to dream and achieve. She is honored to represent

FOREVER and share with you mainstage this year at FOREVER Live!

MEDIA CONVERSION

• We remove the “heads & tails” of each video. For example, that means there will not be 5 minutes

of static at the beginning of your video, or 3 hours of blank-tape at the end. We transfer JUST

the video. Our team skims through the entire tape’s capture and any “black, static, or blue

screen” greater than 5-8 seconds are removed. This process alone puts FOREVER ahead of our

competitors (many places seriously just put the tape into the capture device, press play, and

when the tape is done, export everything: and that’s what you get).

• We employ color-grading by adjusting RGBs (red, green, and blue) to give the video a more “true

to the day it was shot” look. We also adjust Brightness and Contrast levels. In other words, we fix

what age and time has done to the color and appearance of the VHS tape!

• We Size & Scale the video to full-screen. That means we adjust the tape to center it on the

screen, and that any tracking lines on the tops and bottoms of the tape are cropped out. This

makes the playback experience more pleasing to the eye. Again, we are fixing what time and age

has done to the appearance of your tape.

• We adjust the audio, remixing/mastering its levels and equalizing its sound to match today’s

industry standards. We also increase the volume when needed and eliminate any high-pitched

“buzzing or hissing” that are common with tapes that are 20+ years old. We are not aware of any

other company that offers this service, and we offer it on EVERY SINGLE TAPE we convert at no

additional cost.

• On Extended Play tapes, we resync audio so that voices match the lips of those speaking. On EP

recorded tapes, the audio and video tend to go out of sync over time (audio plays back at normal

speed but the video lags behind by about 1/6 of a second), which can be really annoying to

watch! This, too, is a service that sets us apart from other media conversion facilities.

• We offer repairs on any and all tapes that need them. We are often told that a client’s tapes are

“unplayable” at their homes, or that their tapes are physically broken. We have a team of techs

that can repair and solve most of these issues! As we always say: “If we can’t play it, no one can.”

• You can personally speak to someone at the conversion center in Green Bay, Wisconsin,

where all your tapes are converted, anytime.

QUESTION: How do I move my FOREVER Historian vaults to a new computer?

ANSWER: There are three ways to move your Historian vaults to a new computer.

1. Complete a manual backup of your vault onto an external hard drive. Then, simply recover

your files from that backup into Historian on your new computer.

2. Copy your entire vault folder(s) onto an external hard drive to be moved to the new

computer.

3. Recover your vault from a shadow copy of your vault.

QUESTION: How long will it take for me to receive my printed project?

ANSWER: Print orders typically take 3-5 business days to manufacture before shipping. During

peak holiday season, manufacturing time may be longer. We ship all orders Monday through Friday

(excluding major holidays). Once your order has shipped, your tracking number can be found with

your Order History in FOREVER. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose when

purchasing your project.
