Preheat the oven to 375℉.<br />
Cut each pita <strong>in</strong>to quarters.<br />
Carefully cut out a small triangle <strong>in</strong> the center of each pita<br />
quarter (as pictured.)<br />
Place a small amount of the <strong>in</strong>gredients for the version of<br />
pita-taschen that you want to make. Don't overstuff them, or<br />
th<strong>in</strong>gs could get messy.<br />
Place on a bak<strong>in</strong>g tray and bake for 15 m<strong>in</strong>utes or until<br />
perfectly golden and crispy.<br />
Allow to cool, garnish, and serve. Enjoy!<br />
