Introduction of Air Energy Heat Pump Technology
The heat pump is essentially a heat lifting device. The air energy heat pump drying unit uses the reverse
Carnot principle to absorb heat from the surrounding environment and transfer it to the object to be
heated (the object with a higher temperature). Its working principle is the same as The refrigerators are the
same, all work according to the reverse Carnot cycle, but the difference is that the operating temperature
range is different.

(1) Installation preparation
1. Acceptance
Upon receipt of the goods, the unit should be carefully inspected to confirm whether the goods are
damaged during transportation, and check the host and accessories according to the packing list, and check
whether there are any missing parts. The outdoor unit is pre-filled with sufficient refrigerant before the unit
leaves the factory. Check whether there is pressure in the unit before installation, and confirm whether
there is any leakage during transportation.
2. Handling
When handling, forklifts, cranes or slings should be used to move the unit to a designated location. When
handling, take protective measures such as shock absorption to prevent collisions and damage to the
external spraying of the unit, which may cause the unit to be easily corroded. The unit should maintain a
vertical state, and the tilt angle of the unit should not exceed 30°. It is recommended that the outdoor
unit be hoisted in place as much as possible before removing the wooden packaging.
(2) Installation attention
The installation position of the unit is flexible, and the installation position can be determined according to
the production process and the actual site. The following points must be noted.
It is assembled and installed by special personnel. The installation must comply with the corresponding
regulations of the local government and relevant departments.
• Consider leaving enough space to connect water pipes and wires, and consider the space required for
maintenance (not smaller than the gap as shown in the figure below).
• After the unit is installed, check whether the unit is well fixed and whether the feet are equipped with
shockproof rubber pads.
• The unit should be installed in an outdoor ventilated place, and should be kept a proper distance from
the adjacent wall, as shown in the figure, so as not to obstruct the air circulation and affect the air
conditioning effect, and it is also convenient for maintenance. The distance between the obstruction in the
direction of the air outlet of the unit and the unit shall not be less than 1.8 meters.

B. Avoid installation in places where dirt, fallen leaves and insects gather to prevent blockage of the heat
exchanger;
C The heat exchanger should be cleaned regularly to ensure heat exchange efficiency;
D As far as possible, install sunshades above the unit to protect the unit.
The E unit should be installed close to the power source for easy wiring. The installation place must be
conducive to the drainage of rainwater and condensate, without water accumulation.
Unit F should not be used in an environment containing oil, salt, and corrosive gases. These substances will
corrode the unit, cause malfunctions or even shorten the life of the unit.
G. The installation location must have sufficient strength, and the unit feet should be equipped with shock
absorbers or cushions to reduce vibration transmission;
The H unit can be directly fixed on the base with expansion bolts. The size of the unit installation
positioning hole is shown in the unit outline drawing. The base can be prefabricated with cement and a
drainage channel is reserved. Angle steel can also be used to make brackets, add shock-proof rubber pads,
and place them on the ground or roof plane. Small units can also be wall mounted, that is, they can be
mounted on angle steel brackets. The angle steel brackets are fixed on the wall. The support capacity after
the bracket is fixed should be greater than the unit 4 times the weight. The surface of the base should be
level.
(3) Electrical installation
'The wires that need to be installed and connected on site include external power cords, controller wires,
unit connection wires, customer configuration power wires, and control signal wires.
After the charging unit is installed in place and tested, you can connect the power cord, electrical control
and installation and connection lines. All wires must be firmly connected and must not be in contact with
any moving parts. All wires must be rubber wires and must meet the requirements of this manual. The unit
requires grounding measures, and it is strictly prohibited to use the unit without reliable grounding. All
electrical equipment and installation work must meet the requirements of national and local installation
regulations. Warning: The wire must not be tied to the connecting copper pipe without insulation.
Note: All protection and interlocking devices must be installed and connected to the corresponding
terminal interface in the control box, otherwise the malfunction and damage caused by this will not be
covered by the warranty.
Note: The ground connection wire must be longer than other main power wires.
Commissioning
After the standby group is installed, first check whether there is any problem with the installation, then
check whether the power supply voltage is normal, and finally start the machine for debugging. For a
three-phase unit, if there is no response when the unit is powered on, the unit should be powered off to
adjust the phase sequence of the unit's power supply (any two of the three phases can be adjusted). During
operation, check the unit's operation If the compressor has abnormal vibration or noise, whether the fan is
normal, whether the fan is running in the correct direction, and whether the unit and pipeline have
abnormal noise.
During operation, please pay attention to the following points:
A. The set temperature in the controller room must be at least 3°C higher than the room temperature
before the compressor can start;
B. Computers, televisions and other equipment should not be close to the controller, otherwise they will
interfere with each other and affect operation
C When the unit is running, please do not completely close the doors and windows, but ventilate to ensure
the stable operation of the unit;
D. The controller and the electric control box of the unit should be protected from moisture, do not operate
the unit with wet hands, and do not flush the unit directly with water to prevent electric shock;
CAVEAT
During operation, if you find any abnormal phenomena (such as burning smell, electric control box flashing),
please stop the machine immediately, turn off the power, ask the dealer for help, and wait for professional
maintenance personnel to check and repair. Because continuing to run under this condition will cause
damage to the unit,

1. This unit should be equipped with a dedicated power supply, the power supply voltage fluctuation range
is ±10%, and an automatic air switch should be used. Its rated current is 1.5 times the unit's operating
current. The use of knife switches is absolutely prohibited.
2. The unit should be grounded reliably.
3. Do not operate the unit switch frequently, and should not exceed four times per hour. The electric
control box should be protected from moisture.
4. For the three-phase power unit, the unit is equipped with a phase sequence protector, and there is a
phase sequence requirement for the external power supply. If the control board does not respond when
the power is turned on and the unit does not start, please turn off the main power supply and connect the
external three-phase Adjusting the phase of the power supply and then turning it on may even cause
electric shock or fire accidents.
Unit maintenance
>The following work should be done before using this machine every season:
Before starting, the compressor should be warmed up for no less than 12 hours to reduce the amount of
liquid R22 in the compressor and increase the oil temperature to reduce compressor wear when the unit is
started.
When using the unit for the first time, observe the start-up and operation of the unit, and immediately
shut down and check if there is any abnormality.
>Clean the heat exchanger regularly (once every three months) to ensure the operation effect of the unit.
Cleaning must be carried out by professional air-conditioning technicians.
>The drain pipe must be checked before the unit runs. If it is blocked, foreign objects must be removed so
that the condensate drains smoothly; when winter comes, check and clean the drain pipe to prevent
freezing and cracking of the condensate pipe.
>When the unit fails, please contact the dealer or agent immediately, and do not disassemble or repair by
yourself to cause the failure to expand.
>Please turn off the main power supply when it is not used for a long time, otherwise the unit will still
consume a certain amount of power. At the same time, ensure that the water in the heat exchanger and
system pipes is drained to prevent the heat exchanger and pipes of the unit from freezing and exploding in
winter. But the next time it is turned on, the unit needs to be powered on one day in advance to preheat
the compressor. '
>Maintenance and maintenance must be performed after cutting off all power sources of the unit to avoid
danger.
