The wholething is a really fun experience,”Kimberley said. “Chef Sapari we’vebeen working with for years and hasalways done a really good job. Weask him to put together a uniquemenu that fits the occasion and thatyou can’t get just anywhere. Then wesit down with that menu and figureout which wines work best with it.We kind of mix it up between whitesand dry reds and Champagne. It’s anice diverse set of tastes that we haveput together.”One wine that is certain to be onthe menu is the Deebo.Named after the family chihuahua,who also makes an appearance onthe label, the Deebo is a blend ofthree wines and is their most populardry red.“These will be the 2016 crop thatwas in barrels for three years, so it’sfun that these were grapes pickedover four years ago, were in barrelsfor three years, bottled just over ayear ago and we’re drinking now. It’sfun how that works out,” Kimberleysaid. “We started making the Deeboin 2012 and since then it’s been sucha popular wine for us.
