Officer of Essa Binladen Building
Materials. Since my first day at Essa
Binladen, I’ve always had the vision

anywhere else. In order to accomplish
this, it’s required years of devotion
and dedication, defined and shown

products and our truly unparalleled
service. At Essa Binladen, customers
come first and who without their

Essa Binladen Co. was established in
Jeddah in 1992. Initially, our main trade was
Italian full-body Porcelain tiles, but as part
of our expansion plans, we have
subsequently incorporated in our portfolio
other brands from Europe, South America,
and Asia. We are Building Material
Suppliers in Jeddah and operates with
showroom and office located in Jeddah and
warehouse facilities in Bahrah area, which
can accommodate 150,000m2 of materials
at any given time. Our team of 70 staff is
specialized in each of their fields from
marketing, design, supervision,
administrative, finance, and logistics.
Since we pay sincere attention to quality
and delivery commitments, we only

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology’s (KAUST) campus along the Red Sea is
integrated into the architecture of the local environment, KAUST’s 27 buildings include 5.5 million
square feet of space and were designed and constructed in just under 30 months. The campus
includes two million square feet of labs spread across four interconnected, 500,000-sq.-ft. buildings.

The Red Sea Mall was already one of the most
successful and iconic shopping malls in the region.

KING ABDULAZIZ INTL AIRPORT-JEDDAH
The new King Abdul Aziz International Airport consists of four passenger terminals: the new
airport Terminal (1) which can accommodate 30 million passengers annually in its first phase. The
total area of Terminal (1) is estimated at 810 thousand square meters. The terminal complex has
(220) counters for check-in and (80) counters for self-service passengers, lounges with an area
of 27,987 square meters, three-storey hotel comprising 120 rooms
