<br />

Livia Convivium’s “food concept” revolves around the idea of eco-sustainability: the feedstock comes from<br />

selected companies from Puglia, chosen according to productive cycles with a short supply chain, promoting<br />

an ethic production, which respects the territory and promotes the local workforce.<br />

Following the seasonal cycle, we offer real food experiences, customizing our menu according to our clients’<br />

requests.


Our chefs<br />

The job of translating our food concept was entrusted to two of the<br />

most representative figures of the Apulian territory.<br />

A years-long consolidated professionalism recognized on a national<br />

level, from the most long-lasting starred restaurant by the same name<br />

in Apulia, Antonella Ricci and Vinod Sokar offer their art to our<br />

clients.


The offer<br />

Clients and their needs are the core of Livia Convivium’s food project.<br />

We created three formats to answer different requests, to express our idea of “food” to the fullest, combining<br />

the Chef’s different offers.<br />

Our offers observe the new service models and fully comply with the security protocols defined by the<br />

current laws, to always guarantee guests’ safety.


La Puglia Servita<br />

Inspired by the 1950s’<br />

wedding receptions, each<br />

course from appetizer to<br />

dessert, is served in a plate for<br />

each guest.<br />

La Sagra in Produzione<br />

A real food-and-wine<br />

journey: the guests will fully<br />

immerse themselves in a<br />

typical town festival, with its<br />

themed stands, cold cuts,<br />

cheeses.<br />

will be prepared on the spot;<br />

fascinating the pairing of<br />

wines for each stand.<br />

Il Banchetto Nuziale<br />

From the union of Apulia Served<br />

and Festival in Production<br />

comes the Wedding Feast.<br />

It is possible to combine the two<br />

options and choose whether to<br />

greet the guests with the<br />

appetizer festival, or to close<br />

with the second courses and<br />

dessert festival.<br />

Reception<br />

What do the three offers have in common? Hospitality.<br />

Generations of Apulians have been passing down for centuries a value born from the<br />

geographical position: welcoming the populations crossing the Mediterranean.<br />

Our concept of hospitality translates in a typical Apulian welcoming aperitif, maybe with a<br />

panzerotto made on the spot… and of course offered by us!
