Thanks to the 20 or so people who turned up last Friday at the RSL club to assist<br />
with selling raffle tickets and show our support for our major sponsor. Good to<br />
know that we actually won four of the raffles ourselves.
LANDMARK FUNDRAISING<br />
Thanks to Gordon Cole and his merry band of club supporters who raised $473 at the<br />
Landmark opening in Moss Vale recently.<br />

COMMITTEE MEETING<br />
At the committee meeting held at the RSL on Wednesday May 18 th the following<br />
business was discussed:<br />
� Ordering of more playing shirts<br />
� Keeping a record of players numbers to keep track of shirts<br />
� Need to chase up fees from players who are not financial<br />
� Phil Worner and Glen Isedale sponsoring extra shirts for when <strong>Mittagong</strong><br />
teams play each other, in order to present a more professional appearance<br />
� Cancellation of Red Faces...lack of interest... a new date to be investigated<br />
for a dinner at Highlands Golf <strong>Club</strong>...possible karaoke<br />
� The need to have a club representative on the association<br />
� Balance sheet<br />
� Eric: 50 members so far. Your $20 fee entitles you to a cap (most people<br />
have these now), a beer/wine and discount prices at Eric Functions. The cost<br />
of cap and beer amounts to $14.50 so you are effectively contributing $5.50<br />
this year to the Eric campaign. Please remember that these funds go directly to<br />
help our junior players by way of fee sponsorship, presentation costs and<br />
equipment.<br />
