online shop featuring high-end French /
European design. La Boutique Design
offers quality pieces with an ecological
approach from the brands we love and
trust. We work with our suppliers directly,
and we want to bring something new to
Icelanders, something classic with a
modern “twist “.
We are also furniture agents/distributors
in Iceland, representing a patchwork of
design companies that all together
make a very elegant bouquet.

La Chance
La Chance is a Paris-based design
company producing furniture, lighting,
accessories, rugs and wallpaper with a
strong and distinctive style. La Chance
gives a contemporary interpretation of
the ornamental and decorative French
furniture tradition rooted in the Art Deco
period.
It is a comeback to a warm and
uninhibited luxury, breaking away from
cold and conceptual design. La Chance
produces investment pieces that will get
a patina for future generations to keep
enjoying this contemporary family
furniture.

based on noble materials.

Duvivier Canapés
Since 1840, Duvivier Canapés has
combined outstanding craftsmanship
with the wealth of raw materials to
design and manufacture exceptional
sofas, armchairs and furniture. In 2006,
Duvivier is awarded “Company of Living
Heritage” label by the French Ministry of
Trade in recognition of its excellence in
French craftsmanship.
As the emblematic signature of the
brand, Duvivier leathers are selected
from amongst the most beautiful in the
world. The Maison Duvivier only works
with the most renowned tanners who
are affiliated with the “Filière Française
du Cuir” (French Leather Industry) which
is also actively involved in the protection
of animal welfare.
In its creative approach, inspired by
French “chic” and” art de vivre”, Duvivier
favors straight, refined lines, enhanced
by high quality, authentic materials. The
sober design, punctuated by singular
details, gives each of the creations a

Tolix
Tolix was founded in 1927 by Xavier
Pauchard, and has become a timeless
benchmark in the world of design. Each
piece of furniture is hand-made in
France with love and authenticity by
passionate craftsmen.
Tolix achieves alchemy between beauty
and utility, sheet metal and colors,
solidity and the lightness, practicality
and purity of line, tradition and the
avant-garde.
In 2006, Tolix was awarded the “Living
Heritage Company” label by the French
Ministry of Economy, Finance & Industry.
Today, designers from around the world
are adding their inspiration to the Tolix
collections and continuing the story of
creativity, enriching the legacy of this
style icon.

Drucker Paris
Since 1885, Drucker dresses up Paris'
terraces with its colorful weaved rattan
seats. The know-how of Drucker, creator
of rattan furniture, especially the French
bistro chair, is passed on from
generation to generation since the 19th
century.
Located close to Paris, the workshop
designs and manufactures tailor-made,
hand-crafted bistro chairs. The chairs
are inseparable from the brand image
and the personality of the most
prestigious institutions in Paris such as
Café de Flore or Prince de Galles hotel.
From the beginning, creativeness has
been Drucker’s first concern with the
permanent will to keep the best from the
past while creating relentlessly, always
with the finest material available.

Red Edition
Created in 2007 by Cyril Laborbe, Red
Edition is a Parisian brand creating
modern and practicable furniture and
home decor. Red Edition invites you to
rediscover a French way of life with
modern design codes.
The collection is a clever mix of vintage
inspiration and contemporary lines. The
different pieces take their inspiration
from the furniture of the 50s, 60s and
70s. The retro codes are revisited with
modernity and elegance.

Hartô is a French brand for furniture and
decorative objects for bold interiors. As
designer editors, their mission is to
highlight talented designers’ projects in
order to create together unique items.
Their strength: mobilize their
competencies to generate unique
projects that arouse emotion, touch the
hearts and create a difference in a
room. Generous in the drawing, its noble
materials and colors, a Hartô piece of
furniture is also translated by details,
making it unique with a strong identity. It
honors materials and invites us to touch

Drugeot
The super-stylish Drugeot Manufacture
is a must-know French brand,
manufacturer of high-quality furniture.
The brand's production has been based
in the Loire Valley in France for over 30
years.
They use solid wood from French forests
exclusively (oak, ash and beech), and
the wood offcuts and shavings are
recycled. In the workshops, manual work
mixes with computer numerical control
machining: compliance with traditional
manufacturing and modernity are
complementary.
The proximity of the production enables
to provide made-to-measure and
customized furniture. You can create
something uniquely your own.

Lyon Béton
Lyon Béton is a French studio specialized
in the design and production of
concrete furniture, accessories and arts.
They have a light-hearted approach
and tends to offer items by taking the
material to a new level with its unusual
designs and specially developed,
lightweight and resistant properties
(armed with metal wire and fiber).
Combining creativity, aesthetics and
functionality, the collections offer a
discreet and strong presence to your
home. The company collaborates with
artists and designers such as Bertrand
Jayr, Bamock, Ateliers HLB and more to
create pieces that are just as integral to
any living space and long-lasting in
every sense.

Market Set
Market Set is a lighting French brand
based in Bègles, in Gironde, since 1970.
Both creative and innovative, Market Set
offers decorative and qualitative lamps
of affordable luxury. The artistic direction
contributes to the brand's high-end
positioning, which leaves an important
place for design and creation.
Organized around two artistic universes,
Market Set develops and affirms an airy
and contemporary style through graphic
and modern lines. One being MASCULINE
- the Design aiming to be elegant,
honoring brass and marble in several
variations. The other being FEMININE -
Hot and Cold combine themselves to
reveal the sexy and glamorous side of
the brand.
Today, natural materials such as cane
and linen enter the collections as well as
metal and other more industrial
materials.

DCW éditions
DCW éditions, founded in 2008 by
Philippe Cazer and Frédéric Winkler, is a
French brand that specializes in
relaunching classics of modern design.
Its first relaunch was the Lampe Gras
collection designed by Bernard-Albin
Gras in the 1920s, and since that the list
has continued with pieces such as
Bernard Schottlander’s Mantis lamps
and the Here Comes the Sun pendants
by Bertrand Balas.
Besides lighting, DCW éditions also
focuses on furniture.

by founder Emmanuelle Toché’s passion

Bermbach Handcrafted is an awardwinning,
Frankfurt-based brand that
offers a range of beautiful, handmade
baby beds, cribs and cradles.
The brand was founded by Alexander
and Marie-Luise Bermbach to create
precious and durable heirloom pieces
for families to keep for generations to
come.
Designed in Frankfurt, the brand then
works with skilled Indonesian artisans to
sustainably make their wonderful
products, using high-quality, resilient
natural materials such as rattan, wood,
organic cotton and coconut fibers.

Almost
Almost Furniture was founded in
Bulgaria by three design pros – the
same names behind the architecture
and design studio dontDIY.
Their furniture pieces were instant
award-winners, and it’s easy to see why.
They’ve got a stripped-back approach,
favoring natural materials like birch and
avoiding getting caught up with fancy
names for their designs. But surprisingly
– and owing to their architectural
background – their pieces are
impressive and intricate.
It’s a modern look, with a Scandi side.

Qui est Paul ?
Qui est Paul ? ("Who is Paul ?" in French)
is a French brand combining know-how
artisan and ecological approach to
create Accessories and the garden
furniture and contemporary design.
Qui est Paul offers parts trends and
unique futuristic shapes and graphic
lines ensuring high resistance thanks to
the technique of rotational moulding.
Environmentally concerned, the brand
adopts an ecological approach by
favoring the use of polyethylene, a
material that is both solid, waterresistant
and 100% recyclable. All the
products are made in France.

Singulier Origine
"Singulier Origine", is a creative French
brand full of life. Each piece is unique
and environmentally friendly. Everything
is locally produced, the porcelain is
handcrafted in a small factory in
Limoges and the fabrics assembled by
hand in Paris. The vases are made by
covering handcrafted porcelain with
remaining high-quality fabrics. The
designers and founders of "Singulier
Origine", Elfie & Grégoire,
are known for their sensitivity to
designed objects, textiles and
sustainable movements. Their idea to
give porcelain vases and lamps an
update, by “dressing” them with colorful
and quality fabrics is a wonderful
upcycled addition to our categories.
