Juventus Summer Camp: Sestriere
Sestriere, a town located in the hills between the
Chisone and Susa valleys in Piedmont, a few kilometers from France.
It is a town of historical interest and of important sport events, such as the Ski World Cup,
the World Ski Championship in 1997, the Olympic and Paralympics Winter Games of Turin in
2006.
It has two regulation-size football pitches, where the National Football Team trained for the last
World Championship in South Africa. It also has an eighteen-hole golf course; a sport palace
with three five-a-side soccer pitches and a gym, an athletic track, tennis, basket and volley
courts.
In Sestriere you can also visit the modern S.Edoardo's church, which contains Rubino's and
Azzi's works, and the splendid Via Crucis by Francesco Messina.
There are many restaurants and bars to explore.

Accommodation
Participants of the Juventus Summer Camp will stay at
the prestigious Sestriere Grand Hotel (4 stars). The Hotel has 100 rooms all equipped with
private bathroom, seventeen-inch TV LCD, telephone, internet Hdsl and frigobar. There are also
conferences rooms, a swimming-pool and a wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath, hydro
massage. The Hotel is located in the town center square, a few metres from the sport facilities.

break between 1:45pm and 2:45pm or during the evening break between 7:45pm and 8:45pm.
How to get there
The Grand Hotel Sestriere is placed in Via Assietta n.1, Sestriere.
BY CAR
� Taking A32 Torino Bardonecchia, please take the Oulx west exit, take the easy mountain
road for 22 km e reach Sestriere.
� From Turin it is also possible to take the S.S. 23, passing through Pinerolo and getting then
to Sestriere.
BY TRAIN
� From Torino Porta Nuova Station in Turin, take the regional train Torino-Bussoleno-
Bardonecchia and get off the train at Oulx station. It will take about 1h20m. Trains run
approximately every 2 hours.
� From Oulx regular coaches leave straight to Sestriere, for further information about timetable:

BY PLANE
� Land at Caselle (TO) airport. By car, take the Turin ring way (tangenziale) and follow the
directions to the A32 motorway towards Frejus or Monginevro S.S.24.
� From the airport you can also get to the city center of Turin by bus (SADEM line). Buses
run every 40 minutes (approx.)
