OUR STRATEGIC PLAN<br />
Our <strong>Strategic</strong> Management <strong>Plan</strong>s are linked and work collectively to achieve our Vision and Goals and fulfil its Mission.<br />
Our Integrated <strong>Strategic</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>ning Architecture supports us to work towards a common direction, ensuring a unity of purpose, a<br />
clearer understanding of our planned expenditure and use of resources, and a better understanding of the economic, social and<br />
environmental factors which impact on the environments in which we operate.<br />
We use Management <strong>Plan</strong>s, Action <strong>Plan</strong>s and Business <strong>Plan</strong>s to support the <strong>Strategic</strong> Management <strong>Plan</strong>s.<br />
These plans identify:<br />
• Core services to be delivered<br />
• Critical issues affecting implementation<br />
• Actions to implement Themes and Focus Areas<br />
• Budgets required<br />
• Responsibility for actions<br />
• Key performance indicators to measure and report on the implementation progress.<br />
