Life is a poem of what we are the poet.<br />
Fashion, along with technology and mass communication, has been affecting the energy of everything as well as leading the individual to the search<br />
of sentiment. The boredom of banality and the desire of individual existence make us seek dissimilarity and novelty. That’s why the collected, the compiled,<br />
the designed and the recreated will hold a place instead of the ready-made objects which are brought by modern economy; only the extraordinary<br />
touches, messy and free fingerprints, illusions, new values will leave its mark upon the day.<br />
Value will be considered as value only if it conquers mighty time and the individual will hold on life only if the abstract thought reaches beyond time. This<br />
requires durability of selected objects and designed environments, against time.<br />
Diligently selected equipment, delicately solved details and the lines that can resist the limitation should compose the home surroundings; the design<br />
should be simple, serene, voluminous and poetic as well as freeing itself from the reality.<br />

Abroholos, okyanusun ortasında, ıssız bir limanda dinlenmenin huzurunu<br />

Amoroso is inspired by Art Nouveau style and a traditional tulip shape;<br />
it synthesizes Anatolian lines with a modern understanding. The prominent<br />
design features of the sofa are bright black lacquer legs, referring<br />

with loved ones, and glorification conducted by the individual to hope, rejoice, come together and to gain power. It is a kind of metaphysical relief; indeed<br />
it is good-for-nothing; though extremely precious, sacred, and hard-to-come-by.<br />
Celebration is celestial. It is well being oriented, charitable, and enthusiastic, it consists of pleasure, generosity, allocation, access and feast. The celebration<br />
is full of tastefulness, grace, courtesy, blessing, kindness, virtue and decoration. We design utensils, crockeries, plates, glasses, gifts, curtains,<br />
carpets, and rugs, and then offer them to you so you can celebrate and bless life.<br />
This is the time when people are tired and sick of scheduled celebrations; we design objects so that the celebrations and evocations are breathed at any<br />
given moment. The objects we designed and presented will be the settings of feasts, the shared happenings. We are designing the content where the<br />
celebration will last over many years. We wish you to celebrate the life, itself.

MALZEME ÖZELLİKLERİ<br />
Kullanılan kaplamalar doğal malzemelerdir. Renk ve desen<br />
beraberliği aynı takımı oluşturan ürünler arasında farklılık gösterebilir.<br />
Tüm yüzeyler ısı kaynaklarından (kalorifer, fan, ütü,<br />
vb.), güneşin kızılötesi ışınlarından, sigara, su ve rutubetten<br />
korunmalıdır. Ahşap ürünlerde kullanılan kaplamalar UV<br />
ışınlarından etkilenerek renk değiştirebilir. Döşemeli ürünlerde,<br />
farklı iklim ve ısı koşullarında deri ve kumaşta bollaşma olabilir.<br />
Giydirme sistemiyle üretilen ürünlerimizde, kumaş zamanla<br />
kullanım sonucu bollaşabilir. Bu durumda ürünün altındaki fatex<br />
bant açılarak gerdirme yapılabilir.<br />
BAKIM<br />
Ürün yüzeyleri metal ve çizici malzemeler ile temas ettirilmemeli,<br />
ahşap ürünler hiçbir şekilde ıslak bez, deterjan,<br />
alkol, tiner, aseton vb. kimyasal madde ile temizlenmemelidir.<br />
Özel mobilya temizlik maddeleri veya doğal sabunlu su ile<br />
nemlendirilmiş beyaz yumuşak pamuklu bir bez ile ovalama<br />
yapmadan, dairesel hareketlerle silinmeli ve kurulanmalıdır.<br />
Giydirme sistemiyle üretilen döşemeli ürünlerimizde<br />
kılıflar sökülüp-takılır özellikte olduğundan kumaşlardaki<br />
lekeler temizleyici maddeler ile silinmeye çalışılmamalı ve<br />
yıkanmamalıdır. Sıvı leke döşemeye nüfuz etmeden emici<br />
bir bezle emdirilmelidir. Kuru temizleme ile leke ve kirden<br />
arındırılabilir. Kılıfı sabit olan ürünler için yerinde kuru temizlik<br />
yapan firmalarla temasa geçilebilir. Kumaş veya deri kanepelerin<br />
yumuşak fırçalı elektrik süpürgesi ile tozu alınmalıdır. Deri<br />
kanepeler gerektiğinde doğal sabunlu su ile nemlendirilmiş<br />
beyaz yumuşak pamuklu bir bez ile ovalamadan dairesel<br />
hareketlerle silinmeli ve kurulanmalıdır. Koltuklardaki<br />
kuştüyü minderler, elektrikli süpürge ile vakumlanmamalıdır.<br />
Kumaşların herhangi bir yerinden iplik çıktığı durumlarda<br />
kesinlikle çekip kopartmaya çalışılmamalı, ürüne zarar vermeden<br />
makas ile kesilmelidir. Ürünlerin üzerine veya raflarına<br />
aşırı yük konulmamalıdır ve ağırlıklar eşit dağıtılmalıdır. Ürün-<br />
ler hiçbir şekilde tasarım amaçları dışında kullanılmamalı;<br />
mekanizmalı ürünler, mekanizmanın izin verdiği limit<br />
dışında zorlanmamalıdır. Ürünler tekerlekli değil ise mutlaka<br />
kaldırılarak veya demonte olarak taşınmalıdır. Ürünler<br />
ileri-geri, sağa-sola itilerek yer değiştirilmeye çalışılmamalıdır.<br />
Çevreye olan sorumluluğumuz gereği ürün ambalaj atıkları<br />
montaj ekibimiz tarafından alınmaktadır. Diğer durumlarda<br />
atıklar belediyelerce alınabilecek atık alanlarına bırakılmalıdır.<br />
Kullanılmış mobilyalarınızla çevre kirliliğine neden olmamanız<br />
önerilmektedir.<br />
GARANTİ<br />
Garanti süresi, ürünün teslim tarihinden itibaren 2 yıl geçerlidir.<br />
Detaylı bilgi için Garanti Belgesine bakılmalıdır. Müşteri ve<br />
kullanıcının ihmalinden ve/veya yanlış kullanımından doğan<br />
hasarlar garanti kapsamı dışındadır. Bu gibi ürünler firmamız<br />
tarafından bedeli karşılığı bakıma alınabilir. Satın aldığınız<br />
ürüne ait Garanti Belgesi ile birlikte faturanızı veya fotokopisini<br />
herhangi bir sorunla karşılaştığınızda <strong>Koleksiyon</strong> merkeze<br />
başvurmak için saklayınız.<br />
EVE TESLİM VE EVDE MONTAJ<br />
<strong>Koleksiyon</strong>’dan almış olduğunuz aksesuar harici tüm ürünler<br />
için İstanbul’un her yerine ücretsiz eve teslim hizmetimiz<br />
mevcuttur. Satış noktamız bulunmayan adresler için nakliye<br />
bedeli karşılığı gönderim yapılmaktadır. Mobilya, dolap gibi<br />
montaj gerektiren ürünlerin montaj işlemleri satış noktamız<br />
bulunan illerde deneyimli montör ekibimiz tarafından evinizde<br />
gerçekleştirilmektedir.<br />
İADE VE DEĞİŞTİRME<br />
<strong>Koleksiyon</strong>’dan aldığınız ürünlerde iade ve değişim hizmeti<br />
sunulmaktadır. İade ve değişim işlemleri için ürünü orjinal<br />
ambalajı içinde fiş ya da faturası ile birlikte 30 gün içinde<br />
mağazamıza getirmeniz yeterlidir. Kusurlu, zarar görmüş,<br />
kullanılmış olduğu satınalmanızdan önce size ifade edilmiş ve<br />
kabul onayınız alınmış ürünlerde iade ve değişim kabul edememekteyiz.<br />

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS<br />
All coverings used are natural materials. Color and pattern<br />
unity may differ among products constituting the same<br />
set. All surfaces should be protected from heat sources<br />
(radiator, fan, iron, etc.), direct Ultra Violet rays of the sun,<br />
cigarettes, water and dampness. The natural veneers<br />
used in wood products can change color with the effect<br />
of UV rays. In upholstered products, loosening may occur<br />
in leather and fabric in different climate and temperature<br />
conditions. The loosing in fabric fitted cover sofas might be<br />
stretched back thanks to the Fatex band underneath the<br />
product.<br />
MAINTENANCE<br />
Product surfaces should not come into contact with metal<br />
and abrasive materials; wood products should not be<br />
cleaned, under no circumstances, with wet cloth, detergents,<br />
alcohol, thinner, acetone and other chemicals. It<br />
should be wiped with circular motions without scrubbing<br />
locally, using the special furniture cleaning materials on<br />
the market or with a soft, white, cotton cloth dampened<br />
with natural soapy water. As the cover on our upholstered<br />
products with a fitted cover system is removable, the<br />
stains on the fabrics should not be wiped with cleaning<br />
products and should not be washed. However, liquid stains<br />
should be soaked up with an absorbent cloth before they<br />
penetrate. Stain and dirt may be removed by dry cleaning.<br />
For products with fixed covers, on-site dry cleaning companies<br />
should be contacted. Fabric-Leather upholstered<br />
armchairs and sofas should be dusted with a soft-brushed<br />
vacuum cleaner. Leather upholstered armchairs and sofas<br />
should be wiped in circular motions and dried when<br />
needed, with a soft, white, cotton cloth dampened with<br />
natural soapy water, without scrubbing locally. The feather<br />
cushions on the armchairs should not be vacuumed with<br />
a vacuum cleaner. In the event of thread coming out of any<br />
part of the fabric, it should never be attempted to pull and<br />
break the thread, but cut with scissors without damaging<br />
the product. Products or shelves should not be overloaded<br />
and weight should be evenly distributed. Products should<br />
not be used outside their design purposes in any way;<br />
products with mechanisms should not be forced beyond<br />
the limit allowed by the mechanism. If the products are<br />
not wheeled, they must be lifted or disassembled to carry;<br />
never be moved by pushing back and forth or sideways.<br />
Due to our environmental responsibility, our assembly<br />
team takes product-packaging waste away. In other situations,<br />
the waste should be disposed of in waste areas<br />
from where it can be collected by the municipalities. It is<br />
recommended that you do not cause environmental pollution<br />
with your used furniture.<br />
WARRANTY<br />
The Warranty Period is 2 years commencing from the delivery<br />
date of the product. For details it is advised to check<br />
with warranty certificate.<br />
Damage arising due to the neglect and/or misuse of the<br />
customer and user are not covered by the warranty. Our<br />
company would accept to repair such products for a fee.<br />
Please retain the original or copy of the invoice pertaining<br />
to the product you purchased together with the Warranty<br />
Certificate in order to contact the store you have purchased<br />
it from, if you experience any issues.<br />
HOME DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY<br />
We offer free delivery to anywhere in Istanbul for all <strong>Koleksiyon</strong><br />
products, except accessories. We can deliver to addresses<br />
where we don’t have a store for a shipping fee. In<br />
provinces where we have a store, our experienced assembly<br />
team can come to your home and assemble furniture<br />
or other products requiring assembly.<br />
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<br />
Any products you buy from <strong>Koleksiyon</strong> can be returned or<br />
exchanged. Simply bring the item to our store in its original<br />
packaging along with the receipt or invoice within 30<br />
days. Products that were shown to and accepted by you<br />
as defective, damaged or used prior to purchase cannot<br />
be exchanged or returned. Please contact our customer<br />
service department for more detailed information about<br />
our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.<br />
