Over the past decades, there has been a steady increase in women's
empowerment. Women must possess self-worth, confidence, and
freedom to choose their needs and requirements. Classifying the people
based on gender is unreasonable and it is having no worth. Still, women
are paid less, expected to cook and restricted by their family members.
To overcome these situations and to have an independent role in society,
women's empowerment is needed.
Women empowerment is the needed one for today’s world. Still, now
some parents are not aware of the women’s education and they are not
allowed to receive any higher education. The only way to overcome this
problem is by knowing about their talents. If they are allowed to take the
responsibilities as men, they can showcase their talents to society. By
doing this, you can be aware of women’s empowerment. If you want to
congratulate them on their talents, then you can present them with
special gifts. Special gifts should portrait their talents and skills. Women’s

is commemorated every Isakawarsa
according to the Balinese calendar. It is a
Hindu celebration mainly celebrated in
Bali, Indonesia. Nyepi, a public holiday in
Indonesia, is a day of silence, fasting and
meditation for the Balinese.

"CAREER PEDIA"

The activity carried out was a talk show
hosted by two speakers, namely Fahri Al
Irsyad (Recruitment and Development at
Amar Bank) and Nur Fajri Rahmawati (Senior
Manager of Recruitment and Training Career
Development and Assessment at IPB
University).
AIESEC in IPB has just held a series of selfdevelopment
events entitled Inspiration Zone
2021: Careerpedia on Saturday, 27 March 2021
at 13.00-15.00 WIB. This series of events aims
to increase youth opportunities for professional
careers through internships. It is hoped that by
participating in this series of events,
participants can be more prepared and aware
of the importance of internships to increase
opportunities to work in the industry. This
event echoes the theme #DefineYourFuture
with the topic raised, namely "Boost Your
Career Opportunity Through the Internship
Program". The 2021 Inspiration Zone was
attended by more than 71 participants.

First Generation Summit is a semesterly summit held
by AIESEC Indonesia to equip members for the
upcoming semester battle with the necessary
competence and skills. First Generation Summit
allows each level of leadership body to have a mutual
understanding about the battle that matters for them
in 2021 towards A2025 and how we get there
together as Gen 2021 of AIESEC in Indonesia.
Participants will get three main points from this
summit: own the experience, sparks ambition, and
drives achievement. Participants are expected to
take the lead for their journey because even the
smallest thing they do can contribute to a better
world for everyone and a better version of themself.
They create their own measure of
excellence and maintain high-performance
standards while achieving results by taking a
course of action within appropriate
timescales and understanding possible
action implications. The First Generation
Summit was held from March 26 to 28,
2021 via virtual platforms, telegram and
zoom. This virtual summit was attended by
more than 300 AIESEC members
throughout Indonesia. One of them was a
member of AIESEC in IPB, Samuel Geraldy.

"As someone who is still new to Public Relations related field, I find the
summit very helpful for my journey. The session that was given to us felt
seamless, and most of the session was fun and insightful. The given
information is so compact, and I feel like I learned a LOT from those 3 days.
Although the connection issue happened few times, the summit still ran
smoothly. Also, the facilitators were engaging, and I even talk to them postsummit.
Overall, it was a great experience for me!"
