On March 2, 2021, the NJ Department
of Environmental Protection informed

to flood hazards and freshwater wetlands
was deficient, in a number of areas.
One example: The developer proposed
using adjoining County and Green
Acres land as part of his stormwater
management plan, but failed to obtain
approval from those entities.
