Call for a meeting of Members in terms of 13.4 of the Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) of 10
September 2019 as amended.
As a registered Member in good standing of the Dainfern Homeowners Association NPC, I hereby
request a general meeting of Members as contemplated in section 13.4 of the Memorandum of
Incorporation of 10 September 2019 as amended.
The purpose of the required meeting is to consider the current status and potential removal of the
remaining Board Members as contemplated in section 13.5 of the MOI read together with Section 71
of the Companies Act and the election of Board Members to the Board of Directors so as to comply
with the requirements of Section 17.1 of the MOI.
