Plumbing Due Diligence Program
Sanitary System Potable Water System Service Station/Manhole
Conduct video survey on 10% of property
sanitary system with up to 200’ of
visibility per survey site
Property to be quartered and 10% of
each quarter to be randomly sampled to
ensure maximum visibility of the
property owned utility
All video surveying will be recorded and
provided to owner revealing condition of
sanitary with pipe size and type
identified where possible
Survey videos will be appropriately
labeled describing both location and
direction of survey as well as distances
Survey Potable Water system
Property to be quartered and
10% of the domiciles in each
quarter to be randomly
sampled and surveyed,
documenting supply risers for
sizes and material types
All amenities structures to be
visually inspected for code
compliance and liabilities
Inspect property master meter
and 10% of meters/sub meters
for condition and compliance
Visually inspect condition of
property main backflow where
applicable
Open and inspect all overland
locatable and exposed manholes
throughout property
Manholes which are currently
exposed will be opened and
inspected
Concealed or “Hidden” manholes
will be noted if located but not
exposed or inspected
Photos documenting condition
will be labeled by location noting
construction material and life
expectancy
Reported Findings Provided to Owner
Diagram surveyed sanitary system and theoretical system of unsurveyed portion, all detected
manholes, master backflow, and master meter on owner provided survey or property map (CAD
drawings can be created and provided on request at quoted rate on owner provided CAD survey file)
Provide full report of all finding with narrative and 1 hour of included consultation regarding liabilities
and suggested repairs
Provide estimates to rectify potable and sanitary issues based off recommended course of action and
job phasing as requested
Cost of Service
$2,050.00 per 100‐units (Lot, Domicile or Office Space) with a 300‐unit minimum
