The program in this course is divided in
two parts:
- the first one is learning and
searching about retail parks from
the beginning until nowadays.
- the second part is planing and
projecting our retail park
considering commercial building
standards.
- while planing first we choose the
right location, then get done
SWOT analysis and then make the
concept and start projecting the
whole work.

Team work- semestral work
The program in this course is divided in
two parts:
- the first one is learning and
searching about resorts especially
winter resorts and the second part
is planing and projecting our
resort considering gastronomic
building standards.
- while planing first we choose the
right location, then get done
SWOT analysis and then make the
concept and start projecting the
whole work.

The program in this course is divided in

- The motivation for this research
comes from the need we have as
humans but also the nature to find
solution which will lead us to a
healthier future. Sustainable
construction is one of these
solutions
- The result will be a sustainable
neighborhood that will be
characterized by conscious use of
existing resources, an
environmentally friendly
anduser-friendly design, and
progressive planning that enables
energy costs to be minimized.
