because of the human faults, 10% mechanical faults and 2%
not-estimated reasons.
Emergency Situation Exercises
According to work health and safety law numbered 6331,
employers are responsible for evaluating workplace conditions,

and responsible for planning and making emergency exercises,
training their employees to prevent any possible accident.

at height to prevent any accident and responsible for giving
personal protective equipment according to local laws.
