to this interactive and reflective workshop to develop an action plan. You will<br />

take everything you have learned about yourself and <strong>the</strong> world <strong>of</strong> work at this<br />

point into consideration as you develop your plan. Please bring a resume and<br />

and connect with alumni, and hear from students in engineering majors<br />

about what <strong>the</strong>y chose and why. Pizza will be served! Held in conjunction with<br />

<strong>the</strong> SEAS sophomore council and <strong>the</strong> <strong>Center</strong> <strong>for</strong> Student Advising. Students<br />

In partnership with Columbia College Alumni Association Board (CCAA), Division<br />

<strong>of</strong> Student Affairs and Columbia College Alumni Affairs and Development<br />

(CCAD), <strong>the</strong> <strong>Center</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Career</strong> Education is excited to <strong>of</strong>fer <strong>the</strong> first Columbia<br />

College Alumni Internship <strong>Program</strong>. This program will provide you internship<br />

opportunities across industries including communications, finance, technology,<br />

engineering, public relations, non-pr<strong>of</strong>it, consulting and <strong>the</strong> arts through<br />

Columbia College Alumni at top organizations <strong>for</strong> an 8 – 10 week summer experience.<br />

Once accepted into <strong>the</strong> program, you will be paired with a mentor,<br />

invited to various events throughout <strong>the</strong> summer and provided pre-pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />

training and development opportunities to help you make <strong>the</strong> most <strong>of</strong> your<br />

experience. The in<strong>for</strong>mation session will highlight specific positions available<br />

that you can apply to as well as <strong>the</strong> application process.<br />

*This program is open to Columbia College sophomores and juniors only.<br />
