AMGAD NAGATTY is the Founder of Spaces
Architects a Cairo-based design-built studio.
He is an architect with expertise in large scale
luxury residential, hospitality and commercial
design. He is recognized for his talent to

- Extensive site measurements and breakdown of as-built plans.

Architectural Remodeling
- Constructing plan with client approval.
- Masonry plan with client approval.
- Furnishing plan with client approval.

Phase III
Schematic Design
- Identify materials for each area.
- Delineate Furniture style concepts
- Present conceptual design.

Phase IV
Design Development & Documentation
- Fixture and furniture plans.
- Final plans and elevations.

Phase V
Construction
- Construction documentation.
- Coordinate and review drawings with contractors.
- Provide punch lists of all work to be completed.
