As we enter the spring/summer season, it's important to remember to remove some<br />
layers and reflect on what the winter has done to us. We would be surprised if we took a<br />
picture of ourselves in the fall and look at us now.<br />
Surprised at this comment, but maybe you should try it. I used to suggest it to my<br />
patients. It is an eye-opener. Hibernation always brings weight gain, skin dehydration,<br />
hormonal imbalance and a deficiency in vitamins and minerals.<br />
BLACKOXYGEN Organics, including myself, will always advocate health and wellness.<br />
We strive to educate the population that wants to improve health, not by drugs, but by a<br />
healthy lifestyle.<br />
Well, one of the things you need to do right now is "detox." Take the time to cleanse your<br />
body of winter toxicity build-up—what better way than to use our products to do so. I<br />
have spoken to many groups in the last month on incorporating a daily routine of fulvic to<br />
do just that.<br />
Take your fulvic 3 times a day. Take a fulvic bath 3 times a week minimum and for those<br />
of you that are hardcore in their quest, do it every day for 21 days.<br />
Diet, nutrition reeducation is also key, and of course, heal the soul with meditation,<br />
prayers, mantras, walks in the woods or just working in your garden. Why not enjoy a<br />
massage, a facial or a relaxing day on the beach or in your backyard.<br />
I look at our toxic world of waste and chemicals, remember that health comes from<br />
within. Your body heals from within, and your soul heals from within. You do not catch a<br />
disease, and you do not catch a virus. You develop it. Let that sink in.<br />
Having that awareness gives you the strength to fight that fear we are being sold on and<br />
it gives you the ability to strengthen your immune system, your mindset to be healthy.<br />

Careyann Zivich lives in Cleveland, Ohio. She<br />
is the mother of two sons. Isaiah, the oldest,<br />
is eight years old, and Zachary, the youngest,<br />
is four years old. She also has a toy poodle.
Q. WHAT MADE YOU JOIN<br />
BLACKOXYGEN ORGANICS?<br />
Careyann: I'm an integrative nutrition health coach<br />
and I'm constantly researching products and therapies<br />
to help improve my clients' quality of life.
Q. HOW HAS YOUR LIFE CHANGED SINCE YOUR<br />
JOURNEY WITH BLACKOXYGEN?<br />
Careyann: BLACKOXYGEN was the last missing piece to my overall wellness puzzle. In<br />
the process of improving my health, it has also helped me earn an income to support my<br />
family and pay our bills when my husband fell off a roof and was unable to work. This<br />
product has allowed me to help hundreds of other people in the same situation I was in to<br />
improve their quality of life and attain financial freedom when they couldn't find the strength<br />
to get out of bed. In their process of healing, they've been able to help countless others.<br />
Black Oxygen has helped my energy levels to remain consistently high, improved my focus,<br />
motivation, mood, gut health, skin, hair, nails, quality of sleep and my family's overall health.
Q. WHAT WERE YOU DOING BEFORE<br />
BLACKOXYGEN ORGANICS?<br />
Careyann: I worked one day a week at a wellness center<br />
and remotely the rest of the week as an integrative<br />
nutrition health coach and business coach.
Q. WHAT TIPS CAN YOU PROVIDE<br />
FOR NEW BRAND PARTNERS?<br />
Careyann: Helping and educating your team helps<br />
you. Stop selling. Start caring. Start helping. No one<br />
wants to get spammed about your product. If it's a<br />
good enough product, it will sell itself with minimal<br />
effort without you ever having to push your product<br />
or opportunity on your family and friends. Make it<br />
your priority to help others. That's the key to<br />
success; helping others.<br />
Following your passion and putting your heart and<br />
soul into whatever you're doing. You can make as<br />
much money or as little money as your efforts, time<br />
and energy allow. You decide when to work and<br />
when to play. The most important thing of joining<br />
any network marketing opportunity is to thoroughly<br />
research the company and products you're<br />
promoting before jumping on board. Secondly, you<br />
have to get along with the person or team you<br />
decide to align yourself with and they have to be<br />
able to support you by providing resources, so you<br />
don't have to work so hard by yourself to get your<br />
business off the ground. This will determine your<br />
level of success or failure to a large degree. If you<br />
sign up for a company with mediocre products and<br />
mediocre resources, you won't get very far at<br />
helping yourself or others.<br />
Luckily this is not the case with BLACKOXYGEN as<br />
it has what I consider the best product I've<br />
discovered yet for overall health and wellness. Align<br />
yourself with someone who complements your<br />
weaknesses and you'll become a force to be<br />
reckoned with. An amazing and superior product<br />
speaks for itself and WILL sell itself with minimal<br />
effort on your part.

Careyann: I have an amazing team of people I<br />
have aligned myself with whom all work together to<br />
help each other. Teamwork makes the dream work!

OWNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS?<br />
Careyann: Running my own business allows me the freedom to work<br />
from anywhere and on my schedule. There's no better career than one<br />
that gives you the ability to get compensated for the amount of effort<br />
you're putting in and one you can be passionate about.

Careyann: Since I work online, my<br />
businesses have grown exponentially.
