FOCUS - 100% concentrating on
football and education during
training and class time. Anything
less is unacceptable for a Stars
player.
NUTRITION - Coaches, staff and
family can only do so much to help
players eat a balanced diet. Each
student has to take repsonsibility
for their own diet.
FIGHT - Not literally of course!
However, each student needs to
fight to gain a place in the team, to
keep that place and for their
teammates. This fight is
demonstrated through hard work
and perserverance, not punches
STRENGTH - Reach and maintain
the peak physical condition
resembling a professional
footballer.
