<strong>Art</strong> <strong>Weave</strong> is created from a vision of bringing art literally down at floor level. A desire to create a different life on the floor. The design of <strong>Art</strong> <strong>Weave</strong> is inspired <strong>by</strong> the<br />
unique structures in different materials, which are interwoven into a living, organic, and graphic direction.<br />

are not numbered. It is part of the design that the tiles are laid randomly.<br />

ART WEAVE - from master tile to tile<br />
- vom Digitaldruck der Platine zum Modul<br />
Depending on the selected designs the master tile has areas that are darker<br />
and lighter than other areas and the pattern is more distinct in one area than<br />
another. When the tiles are laser cut out of the master tile, some tiles will<br />
therefore be darker, some lighter and some with more pattern than others.<br />
This means that each tile is unique and since the tiles are not numbered and<br />
should be laid randomly, you will always get an artistic and unique expression<br />
with <strong>Art</strong> <strong>Weave</strong> tiles.<br />
Die von den <strong>Fletco</strong>-Designern entwickelten Motive werden in der Größe<br />
200/200 cm auf dem Flachgewebe digitalisiert. Aus diesen Platinen werden<br />
dann die Module per Laserschnitt konfektioniert. Durch den Ausschnitt aus<br />
der großen Platine ergibt sich für jedes Modul bei Musterung und Farbe<br />
eine eigene Optik. Erst durch die Verlegung der unterschiedlichen Module,<br />
die rapportlos sind, ergibt sich die einzigartige und künstlerische Bodengestaltung.<br />

<strong>Fletco</strong> Carpets focuses on environmental impacts in<br />
all our manufacturing processes, from cradle to<br />
grave. Sustainability is key to all our product<br />
development. We use 100% wind energy in our entire<br />
production - including <strong>Art</strong> <strong>Weave</strong> <strong>by</strong> <strong>Fletco</strong>.<br />
One particular environmental challenge that applies<br />
to carpet tiles generally is the backing, which<br />
traditionally contained PVC and/or bitumen. Thanks<br />
to new production technology, the backing of all<br />
<strong>Fletco</strong> carpet tiles is guaranteed free of these and<br />
other harmful chemical substances.<br />

equivalent to min. 50 x 0,5L PET bottles per m².<br />

Windenergie in der ganzen Produktion<br />

Eine besondere Herausforderung in Bezug auf die<br />
Umwelt ist bei Teppichfliesen die Rückenbeschichtung,<br />
die traditionell PVC und/oder Bitumen enthält. Dank<br />
einer neu entwickelten Produktionstechnologie ist die<br />
Rückenbeschichtung der <strong>Fletco</strong>-Teppichfliesen frei<br />
von diesen und anderen schädlichen, chemischen<br />
