Sharing the same values, we have worked alongside the
Best Craftsmen of France for several decades.
In 1976, when Gilles Bragard and Paul Bocuse created the Grand
Chef jacket, the idea for a three-colour blue, white, and red collar
seemed obvious. Under the impetus of a network of great chefs,
led by Paul Bocuse, French cuisine was exported to the entire
world. France’s national colours are the symbol of French-style
excellence. Bragard creates the MOF collar. Today it is the sign
of perfection.
Always at the forefront of current events, Bragard followed and
now supports the future class of MOF. Those selected train at
the heart of brigades and kitchens, and for some, have been

The GRAND CHEF kitchen jacket, designed
in 1976 with Paul Bocuse, symbolises

To reflect a chef’s personality and his/her culinary
identification and to specifically meet
his/her expectations is an exercise
that Bragard Couture regularly faces.
The brand has even become the reference in the
matter. Creating a haute-couture custom-made
jacket requires team work that can take up to six
months. The chef is assisted by a team of stylists
and seamstresses who know how to transform
expectations into a unique garment that meets the
chef’s personality on all counts.

Grégory Cohen is a chef unlike any other. This multiskilled
man, has had a passion for cooking since he was
young, learning the craft in the kitchens of his family’s twostar
restaurant, Le Galant Vert, first as a pastry cook and then
on the line. However, he set that passion aside to begin an
international career in advertising. It was while cooking for
his daughters that his passion was re-ignited. He started by
sharing his favourite dishes on his blog, and then he opened
a restaurant and a foodtruck, specialising in burgers. Always
keen to share his passion and to meet other foodies, he
launched Cook in the Tube, the first 100% digital channel
dedicated to cooking and entertaining. Then in 2017, he took
the reins of the daily TV show ‘Chéri(e), c’est moi le chef’
(Honey, I’m the Chef) on France 2, attracting an audience of
700,000 viewers!
To taste his creations in person, you can visit one of the
restaurants this chef has opened in Paris, in Hotel MoM’Art or
99 Haussmann. And other projects are in the works…

Victor has an incandescent personality. A real live wire. His consuming passion
for food and drinks led him to the “Coffee in Good Spirits” World Championship for
baristas. His training as maître d’hôtel, bartender and barista gives him a great
deal of legitimacy when collaborating with great chefs and pairing their cuisine
and pastries with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
He creates fresh takes on taste sensations with astonishing, and explosive,
mixtures. He likes breaking the rules in order to highlight a product that he
constantly deconstructs and reinvents.
His special know-how? Imagining new concepts, making bold mixtures,
reinterpreting dishes with subtlety, and creating all the classics of French pastry
as cocktails.

Bragard means excellence and French know-how, combining tradition and
modernity. I still remember my first uniform from Bragard back when I was
in culinary school. I was so proud to wear it. I had the feeling of belonging
to a big family: I was wearing the same colours as the great names in the
