About Inspectech
Inspectech has combined structural inspection and state-of-the-art technology to become the
Middle East’s first engineering expert to provide Advanced Civionic Solutions. This dynamic
division of KCG has dedicated all its intellectual and technological resources to understand
infrastructures current conditions. Inspectech takes a closer look at a structure with an aim to
enhance its durability.

KCG Evolved and expanded over the years since it’s established in 1977 to become the largest

& roads construction, oil & gas, industrial insluation, commercial & residential structure,

Existing Condition Capture with 3D Laser
Scanning
BIM modeling aims to successfully document the general
present building state while ensuring the highest level of
detail. The 3D laser scanner will produce a Point Cloud
3D model in order to be post-processed and construct a
complete architectural building. The Point Cloud model
will consist of all graphic documentation (plans, sections,
elevations, building survey) needed to render the building.

Export of 2D Floor Plans & Elevations from Revit Model
The detailed BIM model will easily and quickly produce 2D drawings with annotations
to comprehend the project more. The 2D drawings will include copies of AutoCAD
drawings of floor plans, sections, cross-sections, elevations, etc. We ensure that all of
the 2D drawings will be post-produced in a high-quality graphical standard.
TruView Publish
TruView captures reality data using a user-friendly viewer. The data is accessible from any browser. Point Cloud
data is measurable and it is synced across all users with access. There is an easy login process that any client
can use. Sensor agnostic is compatible with the full suite of sensor devices in the Cyclone product family (e.g,
Leica BLK360, Leica RTC360, and third-party devices.

environment from anywhere, anytime, on any smart device.
Common Data Environment
Inspectech offers its client a digital collaborative approach to ensure the effectiveness
of information exchange process. Inspectech provides BIM360 solution as a document
management system to its clients where project files, models and drawings are being
shared with stakeholders to collaboration. TruView is a web-share for publishing the
panoramic 360 images model to project stakeholders where they can have a direct
access to navigate the building/structure and markup comments if needed.
