Introducing the 'Shipping carrier'
As the Valid Tracking Rate ‘VTR’ has been difficult to
increase for the past weeks.
We have now incorporated the ‘Shipping Carrier’
which can be found within 'paid orders', in your
Dropsys account.
Once an order has been paid for, this should appear
on the given orders within 15 days.
If we cannot collate this information from our
Manufacturers, we will continue to push clients to the
'delete loaders' to remove any untracked items from
your stores (more about this on page 4).
Please add this information to your orders to increase
the Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) of your Amazon Seller
stores.
To do this, access your Amazon Seller account and
locate 'edit consignment' on all relevant orders.
You will then need to select the ‘carrier’ from the
dropdown menu and input the carrier name (as
shown under the Shipping Carrier column, in your
Dropsys account).
Following these steps will result in a higher VTR for
your Amazon Seller account, and decrease the
chance of negative consequences.

Our Tips to maintaining a healthy Store
We understand that maintaining a healthy Valid
Tracking Rate (VTR) is important to you.
This is why we have provided 'Delete loaders' within
all clients' Dropsys accounts.
A delete loader removes any SKU (product) from
your inventory that does not have valid tracking
information.
We update each of our clients' accounts every week
to ensure that every item that you sell has valid
tracking information.
Maintaining a healthy VTR is one of many aspects of
account health that prevent any negative
consequences.
We strongly recommend all of our clients to check
their Dropsys account (under the 'tracking' section)
weekly, for delete loaders that remove any
untracked or restricted brand products.
