In setting intentions, you are shifting from the doing to the being. How do you

want to feel? Who do you want to become, how are you growing emotionally

and spiritually versus on the physical plane?

On the next page, you will have the opportunity to set your goals for the next

12 months in each of these areas. Be kind to yourself, stretch your belief in

what you think you can create and challenge your limiting beliefs.

Your Daily Actions

As you move through your day-to-day practices, make sure you are checking

in with yourself to see how you feel. Are you operating from that space of

abundance, expansion, and allowance, or are you feeling frustrated, lack, or

limitation?

Manifesting the life that you desire is all about anchoring in the feeling, and if

you aren’t consciously holding the feeling of being the person you desire to be

and acting the way they would, then you’re delaying the manifestation of the

things want. Use the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Scale throughout the day to

check in with yourself. If you’re not in the emotional state that you want to be

in, focus on easing yourself up.

Make sure to block out time for you to go for a walk, go screenless, read a

book, or meditate during the day. Practice delegating, taking breaks, asking

for help, and shifting your focus from being busy to being effective. Most

importantly, schedule in the activities that you are choosing to do for fun and

self-care because if you aren’t consistently doing them now, it’s really easy to

deprioritize them, shrug them off, or forget about them all together.
