Our partner schools and nonpr<strong>of</strong>it organizations are<br />
selected by the chapter based on recommendations<br />
from churches, social service organizations, and even<br />
the Meet<br />
by chapter members. Most recently, we have<br />
partnered with Resurgence Hall, The Kindezi Schools,<br />
<strong>Atlanta</strong> Unbound Academy & CHRIS 180.<br />
We are currently accepting nominations for <strong>Atlanta</strong>area<br />
schools and nonpr<strong>of</strong>it organizations.<br />
When Covid-19 struck in 2020, the <strong>Atlanta</strong> <strong>Chapter</strong> raised funds to provide funds for<br />
Students<br />
summer meals, and virtual learning resources for <strong>Atlanta</strong> Unbound Academy, a K-8 school<br />
community that provides a rigorous, empowering, and culturally relevant education to<br />
students in <strong>Atlanta</strong>. Later that year, the chapter also partnered with CHRIS 180 to provide<br />
holiday gifts for children and families served by the nonpr<strong>of</strong>it. CHRIS 180 is an <strong>Atlanta</strong>based<br />
mental health nonpr<strong>of</strong>it that provides children, adults, and families with highquality,<br />
trauma-informed behavioral health services and support systems.
