Identification of Variation works from Instructions/Issuances,RFIs,Material & SD Submittals
Quantification, Costing & Budgeting
Negotiations with Client/Consultant & Finalization.
Track & defend all the Cost saving proposals from the Client/Consultant.
B- Invoicing & Cost Control related activities:
B.O.Q & Billing Breakdown Preparation
Progress Calculation & Interim Payment Application preparation.
Prepare and claim the Material On Site reports.
Makes Cost analysis (Material, Labour, Prelims Etc.) and Prepare Monthly Commercial Reports (PMMR).
Track & defend all the Contra charges/Back Charges from the Main contractor.

Bid Evaluation & Comparison statement Preparation.
